"I took my mom to Enzo's for Mother's Day dinner We had a few issues during the evening. First, my mom asked for decaf tea and she instead got coffee. The waiter replaced it but then we didn't get our pasta dishes. We let the waiter know and he wrapped it to go, which was fine but we just checked our bags and the waiter did not pack our veal, string beans, and croquettes. We had a whole conversation with the second gentleman who came to clear our plates and he made sure to stack what we wanted wrapped in one hand. When we brought our take-home bags, we assumed everything was right. Until we got home and realized our food was missing. The waiter was kind and ended up comping a free drink for me but the rest of these issues ruined my mom's day. We've been going to Enzo's for years and this lack of listening and attention to detail is really disappointing. A nearly $200 dinner with this many mistakes is really unacceptable."
