"Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. I had the Vegan Breakfast Burrito, which was huge and stuffed full of Just Egg and sausage and veggies. Since I was in town for a few more days, I came back and had the Va-Va Vegan and got the optional add-on of Just Egg. This was a very filling skillet with beans, mushrooms, potatoes, and peppers, with the Just Egg on top. I'm always pleased when the vegan options are not just a salad or quinoa bowl or veggie burger. These were both very satisfying meals with plenty of calories and protein! The restaurant was busy Saturday morning but we were still seated and served quickly, despite the line out the door. They were less busy on the weekday and service was just as good."

We were passing through and needed some sustenance. We went with the breakfast burrito.

Vegan scramble with Just Egg was delicious! I was able to substitute the side of toast for fruit.

Several vegan options with fresh veggies and plant based eggs, cheese and sausage Wait staff engaging and encouraging to a plant based lifestyle, even in a big cow town like Cheyenne! Updated from previous review on 2024-04-03

I ordered the vegan breakfast burrito, and it was both delicious and satisfying. The red sauce on top had a bit of a kick to it. It was served with a side of breakfast greens, which was a simple salad of mixed greens dressed in a flavorful citrus vinaigrette—also very enjoyable. The restaurant was quite busy and appeared to be quite popular. However, it's worth noting that it is located at 2300 Carey Avenue, not the address listed. View menu

We 're traveling from out of state, so stopped by for breakfast. Their menu listed vegan options. I also have to eat gluten free, and the menu clearly labeled options. When I asked about my vegan egg options, I was told that they were out of Just Egg to make any of the egg dishes. So she recommended the Va-Va Vegan Skillet instead. She swapped out the wheat toast for gluten free toast instead. The meal was delicious and filling. Even the non-vegans with me also really enjoyed their meal. Overall, I was disappointed that they didn 't have Just Egg in stock for the meals. But I was satisfied with my alternative skillet option.

We traveled from out of state and stopped here for breakfast. The menu featured vegan options, which I appreciated, as I also need to eat gluten-free. The menu clearly indicated gluten-free selections. When I inquired about vegan egg replacements, I was informed that they only used regular eggs for their egg dishes. However, the server recommended the Va-Va Vegan Skillet instead. They also happily swapped the toast for gluten-free toast. The meal was delicious and filling, and even the non-vegans in my group enjoyed their meals. Overall, I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t offer egg alternatives, but I was satisfied with my alternative option.

"Such a great reward after our 10+ hours on the road today. Cocktails...you can get pretty much anything you want and they try to utilize spirits from Wyoming in their hand-crafted cocktails as much as possible. We started with the Sweet Lavender and The Lion and the Mouse. (Check photos for menu shots of ingredients). Both were delicious. Nice pours on the alcohol. Followed up with the Super Saiyan and a Ringleader Vodka prepared Up with a twist. Again...excellent cocktails. I will say that this was the last night of their spring cocktail menu, so when you come, you may not see these exact selections. We ordered brussels sprouts, burrata, shishito peppers and deviled eggs. Sadly the deviled eggs were out (truly saddened by this) but we substituted artichoke dip. The sprouts had a deep, rich, savory flavor. The burrata was good...would like the bread grilled but that 's a personal preference. The shishitos had togarashi and lemon, which was really good, but it was a bit too spicy for me so I could only eat three...hubby ate most of them. And the artichoke dip, which includes chevre, was super creamy and flavorful. We wandered next door while waiting for the meal to check out their coffee place, because it 's connected via the back. It 's a great space as well, and there 's artwork in the common space between the ballroom and the coffee shop. Ended up buying some ground coffee for taking with us. Lots of young people here...really enjoyed the space and the vibe. And the service is top-notch friendly. Thanks so much, Paramount, for giving us an excellent place to relax and enjoy Cheyenne!"
