"This is by far the best Epic Wings location! I live closer to another one, but I choose to come here because their food is outstanding. The chef deserves a raise or a promotion—everything they make is delicious! I always order the buffalo fries, and they're always loaded with a generous amount of sauce, cheese, and chicken. When I add extra chicken (which is at an additional cost), I can actually tell that they've delivered on it. In contrast, my experiences at the other location have often been disappointing, with dry fries, minimal sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, and very little chicken—even when I’ve requested and paid for more. Their customer service is also terrible; they won’t give me more than one ranch. However, this location consistently impresses me, both with their food and their service. I’m committed to coming here from now on, and I won’t be returning to the other location. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends! I’ve included a photo, but I had already started eating, haha."

We visited Epic Wings for lunch on a relaxed Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was nearly empty, and we were told our wings would be ready in 15 minutes. However, after an hour, we still hadn’t received our food. The staff kept claiming they were backed up, but the restaurant was not busy at all. The only thing epic about this place was the wait!

I ordered the wings family meal, chicken tender double meal and fries for take-out. The cashier said they ran out of fries and removed them from my order. After waiting over an hour, my food was finally ready. I get home to find that in place of mychicken tenders was a side of fries? I was lied to and they messed up my order and an hour already lost. Now I get to go wasteanother 30mins. The service of this place is not Epic, it's incompetent. INCOMPETENT WINGS is what they should be called.

Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend dining here. After waiting an hour for our food—despite it not being busy—we were rushed to leave because they were closing. We were told to take our order to go after such a long wait. When we checked our food, it was incorrect, so we spoke to the cashier, Daniella, about the issue. She informed us they couldn’t make our correct order because they were out of everything and dismissed us rudely.
