"Not happy at all! Food tastes good but they are jipping you on tenders! I’ve been going to Ezell’s since there was just the one by Garfield HS in Seattle. Now when you order a pound of tenders they will only give you 3/4 of that. This is my fourth time coming here where I’ve opened the box and have been disappointed. Got home and weighed it on our food scale and sure enough, it’s only 12.5oz! Prices have gone up but they can’t even give you the amount of food you purchase. And today the bbq beans were dry on top of everything else. Gonna have to find another local chicken place to frequent. Update 8/10/22: Went back after my prenatal appointment across the street at St Joseph’s. Big mistake. The baked beans aren’t fully cooked! They are hard and ‘pop’ in your mouth instead of being soft. The bbq sauce hasn’t even properly blended into the beans. Bush’s baked beans would have been better! Now I gotta put them in the oven to see if I can fix them. Ordered 1/2lb chicken strips spicy. Got 6 tiny skinny pieces and they were NOT spicy or even seasoned. At this point Popeyes has better chicken strips. Also ordered 4pc combo with half/half asked for white meat spicy and dark meat original. My breast was NOT spicy. The mac and cheese was bland. I just can not with this location anymore. Waste of $30, bland, unseasoned and poorly cooked food plus the shooting that happened there a few weeks ago. This location is poorly managed because the cook/chef should be fired. This location is tarnishing the Ezell’s name and I can only recommend the Seattle proper locations at this point."

Good food but not as flavorful as it used to be. Still it was hot and the chicken was crunchy outside and moist inside.Food: 4/5

Ordered 3 piece chicken tenders with Mac n cheese. I was disappointed with the chicken tenders they were not seasoned at all. When I eat fried chicken I like it seasoned. I will not do that again.

The chicken lacked any seasoning. However, the service was quick. The okra was excellent, and the potato salad was good. We ended up throwing away a lot of the chicken. While we won’t be returning, you might want to give it a try for yourself. Food rating: 3/5.

The service leaves much to be desired, but the food is truly exceptional! I saw one of the staff step out from behind the counter and cross the street to chat with someone at the coffee stand. Unfortunately, he casually tossed his gloves onto the street. Just a word of caution—watch out for that guy! View menu

We stopped in after a long day at the hospital, and we were starving. Arriving about 5pm there was already a line formed and took quite some time to order and receive food. Overall the bread was better than the chicken. Chicken was good, but not the best chicken we've ever had. 3 stars overall ?Food: 3/5

2nd time fail and not going to give it a 3rd. Quality needs to be checked more regular. Mac n cheese noodles were overcooked, made for a mushy treat. Mashed tatoes n gravy were luke warm and served with a half baked potato. Sad to say but banquet spicy chicken was spicier and not overcook/burnt. The adult chicken tenders were the size of McDonald's chicken nuggets. Friendly staff though.

This location is extremely disappointing. The fries aren’t seasoned, the Mac and cheese was terrible seasoned with what is supposed to be the seasoning for the fries, and the chicken batter is different. I’ve always gone to the Seattle locations, however I was in Tacoma so I decided to stop in over here and quickly realized how different the food is prepared in comparison to the other locations. As soon as you step into this restaurant, the delightful aroma hits you. The fried chicken is incredibly juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside—far superior to KFC and Popeyes. The mac and cheese features an impressive cheese pull. However, what truly distinguishes this place, aside from the chicken, are their fresh rolls. They are soft, warm, and coated with a thin, sweet, buttery glaze—an ideal complement to the meal. The young lady who took my order was soft-spoken and courteous. Although they were out of potato salad, which was a bit disappointing, the chicken, rolls, and mac and cheese more than made up for it. This location is conveniently located just a block from St....

"Great restaurant with good food and service. Staff was very accommodating though we did not have a reservation on a Friday night. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. Loved the lamb shanks this is a must have. Halibut was also very tasty. One feedback on the roasted calamari is the spices were a bit overpowering, which did not do justice to the amazing sauce with garlic and parsley. The dessert menu is excellent and well thought in conjunction with the rest of the menu. The bourbon chocolate cake is with rich dark chocolate I absolutely loved the sticky texture and how the whipped cream complemented it. I suggest you get the cream on the side to adjust the balance to your liking. One other thing I recomend is the house limoncello with the bourbon chocolate cake as it helps to ease the intense (but very pleasant) chocolate flavor with every two to three spoons. The culinary experience was very satisfactory. In terms of price, be prepared to pay about $80 per person including the tip. I think this price is worth it especially on special occasions. By the way, I really appreciated the disclosure at the bottom of the menu with regular font size (rather than the small print most restaurants do) regarding the 20% tip policy. Furthermore, the communication that 70% of the tip going directly to our server while the remaining 30% going to their welfare expenses was transparecy at its best. I think other restaurants should take Primo as a role model in terms of how tipping policy works and should be communicated to the patrons. Well done Primo! I hope to see you soon thank you for a wonderful evening Parking: It was a bit hard to find a spot."
