"It's incredibly disrespectful to treat a loyal customer, spending $200 on pizza, in such a way. When I called to discuss the situation, the manager claimed there was no middle finger on the slip and insisted he hadn’t seen it. When my brother and I visited the store shortly afterward, the manager denied knowing anything about it. When we asked for the slip, they said it had just been thrown out. Throughout this ordeal, I never received an apology or any effort to understand what had happened. The only response I got from the staff was, "None of us were working yesterday." Given this experience, I will absolutely never order from Famous Pizza Tiverton again. I truly hope they improve their customer service."

It’s not what it once was. That’s all I really have to say.

I gave it a 3 stars because, I really dislike the fact they make your food with no gloves on. View menu

From what I gather from the call, the restaurant didn't meet my expectations. However, it's a grinder place in Rhode Island, and I'm sure I'll get used to it and come to appreciate the flavor.

It's unfortunate that this establishment lacks control over its digital presence. The staff did not honor the price listed online. I came prepared with the amount that was advertised, only to find that the actual cost was significantly higher. Proceed with caution.

The fish and chips gave me food poisoning. They said they took the temperature and it was safe but their thermometer must be broken because its the only thing I ate and ive been violently ill for over 24 hours now. I will never go back here and I highly discourage anyone from risking it. I'd rather go hungry than spend a dime here ever again.

Would give zero stars if possible. We were loyal customers, then for a big party there was a mixup on a $200 pizza order, (mistakes happen, not a big deal) but I was yelled at on the phone, and we received a middle finger drawn on our receipt when we picked it up. Then we’re told we were lying about the receipt when they were confronted about it. Horrible way to do business.

"My favorite restaurant, and it appears it just became our friends ' favorite as well. A good looking building in a beautiful bay view location, with plenty of parking. Wait staff are always friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive. The mixed drinks are thoughtfully created, perfectly executed, boozy, and full of flavor. And then there 's the food ahhh, the food. Exquisite! In so many restaurants the brazed short rib is often a bit dry. I needed no knife to break into this remarkably plump, tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious hunk of boneless meat, floating on a bed of splendidly seasoned mashed potatoes, tender carrots and mushrooms, and wilted baby kale, all nicely glazed with a lovely red wine demi that was eyes rolling in the back of your head delicious. The saying You get what you pay for is sometimes true, and other times you 're saying I could 've just as good if not better myself or They do it better at _____ restaurant. However I believe it 's properly priced at the Boathouse in comparison to any other fine dining. Then again, the way things have been for the past few years, to say you 're getting more than what you 're paying for isn 't a stretch. About $30 ish per plate (braised short rib $36 and there are lower cost sandwiches, though still a bit pricey, but guaranteed to be delectable; the most expensive entree was the $55 filet mignon. My intent dining this time was to finish off with a coffee desert mixed drink (w/espresso, Bailey 's, Kahula, which currently isn 't listed on the online menu, but is in the restaurant, and it 's unbelievably yummy but I was still feeling good from the Harbor Cask rum drink I had earlier. So instead my wife and I finished off with a Vanilla Chai Creme Brulee, with blackberries and spiced honeycomb that was very tasty, though she said she liked a grapenut creme brulee that she got the previous time. This was our 2nd visit to the Boathouse, but we 're planning on many more. I just have to save up my allowance for a bit :"
