"This might be the best sushi restaurant in Davis County. We typically order from the Secret menu, and our favorites are the chef's choice (we love the escolar), kamikaze, cypress, and low rider. If sushi isn't your preference, they offer delicious pho soup and a variety of other options. For those who enjoy a bit of spice and adventure, be sure to try their spicy calamari appetizer!"

A sister restaurant to Sapa in SLC, they have the same quality and secret menu items. So delicious—even in Davis County

Slow service at the beginning but it didn’t matter because the sushi was so delicious! The BEST sushi we’ve had in Bountiful. View menu

This is a fantastic restaurant, but the service could be improved. I suppose we can attribute this to the pandemic, as many places have had to rehire and train new staff.

Fantastic atmosphere and the perfect place for a date or a night out. Fat Fish is a beautiful place to eat with fantastic menu options. Their food is beautifully plated. However, the sushi is a bit bland/average. Don’t get the Thai tea unless you love intensely sweet drinks.

"I had the misfortune of dining at this establishment recently, and it was an experience I'll be eager to forget. Upon arrival, we checked in with the hostess at 7:30 pm for a party of three. Despite our timely check-in, we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, which we accepted. Meanwhile, another couple who arrived before us, seemingly distracted by their phones, requested a table after us. During my brief trip to the bathroom, I noticed a disturbing sight: numerous tables cluttered with used plates and cups, and the restaurant's dining area was far from full—only a third of the tables were occupied. When I returned, the couple who had arrived after us was already being seated. I attempted to address the issue with the hostess, but she was busy chatting with a friend in front of the podium. After waiting for her to finish, I inquired about the seating discrepancy, only to be met with a rude and dismissive attitude. The hostess, a larger woman with an unpleasant demeanor, insisted that the other guests had checked in before us, despite the clear discrepancy in timing. Her continued rudeness ultimately prompted us to leave. The behavior of the front house staff was entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant's commitment to customer service. The disorganization and lack of professionalism exhibited here are reasons enough to avoid this place."
