"On the way back home from Grand Aisle my husband had me look up places to have lunch. I searched restaurants on Google Maps on our way back. I saw a few, but the names didn't sound too interesting their photos, rating and views didn't either. Then I came across this place. I was intrigued by the name Fatboy's Seafood Kitchen. Then I looked at the photos they looked delicious we were looking for a burger ?. The place looked like a little hole in the wall those are the best places, honestly. For an appetizer we ordered mozzarella sticks that are served with home made salsa delicious ??. My husband ordered the Fatboy Burger he ate almost the whole thing then ordered a to go box. I ordered the Swamp Burger pepper jack cheese, Ooowee talk about a good burger. The meat is a thick patty the toppings make it stack so high. I love the bread it comes on. I had to use a fork knife to eat it, but so worth it. The owner is so nice! We also had 3 sodas. We spent around $45 then I left a mediumish largish tip. Would definitely come back. 100/10 recommend."

We were greeted by a lovely woman, and the food arrived quickly—hot and delicious! I ordered the shrimp platter, while my husband enjoyed shrimp and oysters. I highly recommend it: 10/10! Overall, the food was a solid 5/5!

We ordered the fried shrimp plate, which featured butterflied shrimp that were impressively large. This plate costs $14.99 and comes with plenty of shrimp, coleslaw, French fries, and toast. We also tried the fried catfish plate for the same price of $14.99, which included a generous serving of fried catfish, French fries, coleslaw, and toast as well. Everything was seasoned to perfection. While I wish they offered fountain drinks, a can of Coke more than sufficed, especially given the quality of the food and service. I’ve also had their roast po'boy, which is delicious. If you're looking for something different, consider taking a scenic drive out to this restaurant. You won’t be disappoint...
