"What a fantastic find! I dropped in for an early lunch today and interacted with about six employees, all of whom were friendly, incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. Eric took care of my order, and his customer service skills were excellent! He was cheerful and created a welcoming atmosphere while preparing my pizza slice. I ordered a cheese slice, which had a crispy crust, buttery and flavorful toppings, and it was served piping hot. This might just be the best slice of pizza I’ve ever had. Thank you all for the wonderful service and a fantastic lunch!"

I came in craving some spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were quite dense (no surprise they needed to be cut), and while they tasted okay, I've definitely had better. The pasta was nice, and the sauce was good too.

I myself have received food from here with numerous flies in it. even without the flies the food isn't all that. I thought I just got unlucky with my fly salad but telling a friend about it and she said that she had the same problem but with a fly on her pizza.

I ordered two slices through DoorDash, but they shorted me on one of them. I specifically intended to get their daily specialty slice, which I called ahead to confirm, but instead, they sent me a cheese slice along with the two extra toppings I requested. Alright everyone, so this is coming from a chef working in a pizzeria for 40+ hours a week atm... You figure I 'd be absolutely sick of pizza right? Well wrong... I stopped at favillas today for a few NY slices and wasn 't disappointed. The Grandma was a solid 9.5/10 probably a 10 if I catch it straight out of the oven. My kiddo absolutely smashed her cheese slices (her first time with NY style pizza) I approve of this place, it 's a little slice of NY. Good day.

EDITED REVIEW (Initially 1 Star) My first experience with this business was greatly dissatisfying I got the wrong pizza after waiting well past the initial pickup time, and could not contact the restaurant for replacement or a refund due to their phone being disconnected. However, the owner reached out, and ensured I got my replacement today. As such, I've adjusted this review to reflect my current impressions; great pizza, fair service. I recommend them for takeout, but suggest checking your order before you leave.
