"If I could rate this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service is terrible, and the staff is equally unhelpful. I picked up my order and paid, only to later find a $22 charge added to my bill. When I called to ask about it, I was told that I had left a $22 tip. I explained that this was not true; no one in your store should have added that charge after I left. Why would I tip $22 on a $33 bill that I picked up? The person I spoke with just kept yelling that I had tipped and refused to acknowledge my side of the story, insisting that I had stolen the money. He even suggested that if I couldn’t afford a tip, he would give it back. He wanted me to admit I had left a tip when I clearly hadn’t. As of now, my money remains unreturned. I would never recommend this place. To those who do visit, be sure to check your bank statements after using a credit or debit card, as they are clearly dishonest."

I love supporting small and local business.Just my honest review for my last visit. Ordered a large cheese steak with extra meat. Extra meat cost extra,not a problem. However, when I got home guess what no extra meat. Just a regular cheese steak!!! Please do better, give customers what they pay for!!!!

Felton Pizza serves incredible food and is just about a 4-minute drive from my house. Everything I've tried from the menu has been delicious—there's not a single item I haven't enjoyed. My husband is especially fond of the mozzarella sticks. The staff is always friendly, and I've never encountered any issues with my orders, the food, or the service. The prices are also fantastic. This is the best pizza in Felton! The crust is consistently amazing and unlike any pizza I’ve had before. The wings are always large and cooked just right, with plenty of sauce to go around! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially the owner who is so kind—she even gives my kids hugs when we visit. The only downside is that when I order 40 or more wings, they typically only provide 2-3 ranch sauces each time. It's not a huge issue since I have sauces at home, but they do tend to be a bit stingy with the sides.

Tried this place for delivery for the first time. They are amazing, whoever was answering the phones last evening, Saturday June 11, was phenomenal, she was busy, had to keep picking up phone putting people on hold, but she took her time with my order and it arrived perfect. If you haven?t had their steak calzone , it?s a one of a kind, steak, ricotta, mozzarella, I added hot and sweet peppers and mushrooms, it?s amazing! The hot and sweet peppers they use are exactly what should be used, like the ones on cheese steaks!!! The food arrived hot, I mean hot, we?re only 6 miles from this place but my food didn?t sit around, I will definitely order from this place again!!
