"I ordered the Oxtail with greens and macaroni at this restaurant on Tuesday, June 21st. The portion size of the oxtail was disappointing and the bottom of the container was cold in one spot when I received my food, which was strange. Upon further examination at home, I discovered that the oxtail was cold and the gravy seemed to be caked on as if it had been refrigerated. This is usually my go-to spot in Jamaica, but I may have to look for a new one. I expect fresh food for the price of $29, and I even left a tip for takeout, which I usually don't do because I was expecting a great meal. I gave them three stars because they did give me a generous amount of food, but I can't justify spending $29 on a meal that wasn't up to par."

I’ve only had their ackee salt fish and was never disappointed. I went a few times when they offered lunch and the portions were decent and the dish was pretty tasty. I will continue to go back…I just wished they still offered lunch.

I love their Ox Tails but the last time I got them, there was a crunchy, Sandy experience in my mouth. I love the ox tails so much I kept eating hoping a few bites were just an anomaly but nope. Down to the last of the meat. Why did I keep eating… they really ate that good.Must say, I’m apprehensive about returning.

I was expecting to get what was advertised and what I ordered! but instead I was discouraged from ordering certain foods on the menu. The guy that took my order act as if I did something wrong or they didn’t like me??Oxtails and curry chicken was good. But attitude and the lack of food not being in my bag and turning their back when I try to address the fact. When I come back to South Georgia, I definitely will not be going back.Tighten it up..

The FOOD!!!!! AH- MAZE-ZING!!!! The curry goat was some of the best I have ever had outside of the island! The staff was courteous and welcoming which made me wonder when I called, lol! I am glad I went into this establishment! The atmosphere reminded me of the restaurants/bars in St. Ann and was very homey! You will not be disappointed! Sadly, my review is not inline with a majority of reviews I see.After reviewing this restaurant online, my family and I chose to venture out to get some good Jamaican food. However, that is not what we got. We ordered the oxtails in anticipation that we would be wowed based on reviews. The oxtails were not tender nor did they taste fresh. The cabbage lacked seasoning and flavor. We also ordered a 5 piece chicken for our son. 4 of the pieces were double fried and basically burnt. The last piece was huge and crispy. I wish I had taken pics to show you how much of a turn off it was. Hoping this was an off day but I will not keep it on my return list.

As a Jamaican who has lived in Florida and New York, I have to say that Georgia's Jamaican food was one of the worst I have ever tried. Despite seeing positive reviews, I decided to give this place a chance because I was craving some authentic Jamaican cuisine. Unfortunately, the cabbage was undercooked and tasted burnt, the rice and peas were not fresh and had a burnt flavor, and the chicken was dry and tough. It was so unappetizing that we had to throw it away. How could this be the jerk chicken that Jamaicans are known for? It was a disappointment and a disservice to our culture. We were so let down by the quality of the food that we didn't eat until we got home.
