"We went to Duke's for lunch on my birthday, we had a 1:30p reservation and the parking lot was packed, however, we did find a spot. From the time we entered and mentioned our reservation to the time we left, the experience was GREAT! Every employee that we came in contact with was so friendly and welcoming. Our server was so nice! We sat outside, it was a beautiful day. The food was excellent, we shared a large bowl of clam chowder and we each had the crab cake sandwich. No complaints whatsoever, the sandwiches were delicious and the sweet potato fries were great as well. We ordered drinks and they were solid as well. I highly recommend Duke's! Great place, great people, great food, great views."

"I dined here for the first time last night and was fortunate enough to secure a table without a reservation. The experience was exceptional, with a great selection of wines and delicious dishes. We started with fried chickpeas and a clams and chorizo appetizer, which had a delicious broth but limited bread (which was actually a good thing so we could save room for our entrees). Our main courses were paella with chorizo, clams, shrimp, and scallops, as well as scallops with polenta drizzled in truffle sauce. For dessert, we enjoyed the creme brulee, which was simply heavenly. Thank you, Chef Bianca, for a wonderful meal!"

"I went here a few months ago with a big dinner party, and it was one of the most amazing meals I had with my 10 friends. I took my family there this evening, and it was stark opposite. Our server was very standoffish, and did not seem happy to be there nor to serve us. We ordered Teriyaki Chicken and Pad See Ew and Fried Calamari. Our appatizer was the last thing to arrive, and it arrived without it's sauce. The calamari was dry and rubbery and overcooked. The sauce showed up after we had already determined it was inedible. The chicken in both dishes was dry and clearly had been cooked long before we arrived. The jasmine rice that came with the Teriyaki chicken was the same. dry and crunchy. Absolutely no care was given to our food to ensure it was of edible resturant quality. It was all cooked long before we arrived, thrown together and reheated. It was massive dissapointment. You've lost a customer and someone who previously thought very highly of your resturant."

"Cute, kitschy place for an informal dinner. We went before dropping the 20 yr olds at a concert at the TDome! We had a reservation but it wasn't needed. Sunny day and their small patio was open . We still sat inside but the doors were open and it was nice and pleasant. The dinner salad was a little weak, but the pasta was very nice. Two people had the burger and one was undercooked but he ate it anyways. The kitchen is open and we could see the chef on his phone 2 or 3 times a little odd. Still I would go back if I was in the area. Almond joy cake was fantastic and big enough to share!"

"This was our 3rd visit to Gino 's. The previous two were great. This time, not so much. The cocktails and ambience were great, but that 's about it. Service was ok, not amazing. The Diablo shrimp were overcooked, the lobster bisque was very runny. Not creamy like a bisque should be. My red pepper soup was good but I recall it being smoother in other visits. My wife 's lobster risotto was quite literally soup. They claimed it was Peruvian style. In an Italian Seafood restaurant? Either way, it was unacceptable and should have never made it out of the kitchen. They at least took that off the bill. My scallops were a bit overdone and whatever was in the crab ravioli was mushy and tasteless. We 're hoping this was an anomaly because we do like the vibe and views there a lot. Going to be a while before we go back again though."
