Never again. 2 hours for a two pizza order and extremely rude when we checked as to why it took 2 hours.

Pizza was great, fresh, and tasty. Wings were ok. Wouldn’t buy the wings again because $9 for 5 wings is a joke.

This is the worst, most expensive pizza I have ever bought for what I am getting. I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone. Save your money go ANYWHERE else. I’ll not go back there. View menu

Service has done nothing but gotten worse over the last ten years during my most recent visit was given two pizzas both the wrong order not sliced and undercooked on top of it.

Online order didnt work, I had to call and reorder for pickup. The pizza and wings were trash. It looks tasty but its not. For some reason I had a pizza craving after work, ate two slices of this expensive, sad pizza and will never order from this place again.

Sad to say but it's the best pizza in town. Price isn't bad and I have never gotten sick like everything I eat the star places. Vegetarian options: It's pizza. Don't order meat and it's vegetarian. I visited my mom recently, and we were excited to check out some photos of your pizza, which looked delicious. However, when the pizza arrived, it was a huge letdown. It was far from what we expected and tasted terrible. You should consider updating your online photos to reflect the reality. It was really disappointing.

Having worked in this industry for seven years, I understand that delays happen, but it’s extremely unprofessional for them to prioritize other customers over a DoorDash order. I’m just trying to do my job, and it's disappointing to be treated with such disrespect. I plan to speak with the manager in person, and if necessary, I will escalate this issue to corporate and the Better Business Bureau.

I absolutely love our local Figaros Pizza! The pizzas are always delicious, loaded with toppings, and served hot and fresh, whether you choose delivery, pickup, or take-and-bake. They offer a wide variety of toppings, sauces, sides, drinks, salads, and desserts. The customer service is fantastic, and they consistently honor the coupons you receive in the mail. I gave it 4 stars for atmosphere because it’s primarily a grab-and-go place, and it doesn’t really require much ambiance. If we were judging purely on the amazing smell, it would definitely be a 10-star experience! Now I'm craving Figaros! I highly recommend the 12 Topping Classic—it's so good!
