"Worse Filibertos I've ever had. They cheapskate you on all the meat. Ordered super nachos and there's hardly any meat on it. Not to mention they nearly minced the asada meat to the point it feels and taste like ground beef. Barely any guac and sour cream and a bunch of beans.? Also ordered a cabeza taco. In all fairness that was nicely portioned, but meat has no flavor at all. I didn't get any lemon for my taco nor any salt packets were thrown in my order. The onion on my taco was extremely chunky, what a disappointment. First and last time purchasing food from here. Never again."

Hit and miss with this franchise.. and all that have deleted the salsa bar are trash. How are you going to charge me the same price as other locations that not only have a salsa bar they have warm complimentary tortilla chips, step it up, hood location or not..

The only reason I go to this location is because it?s close to my house but today will be the last since going here the burritos have gotten smaller and smaller seems to be more tortilla Than actual meat inside. Not worth the $10 Potatoes weren?t even cooked all the way in my burrito View menu

I clearly requested no sour cream, but my meal came slathered in it. The portion size was significantly smaller than what I've experienced at other locations, and it felt overpriced, especially since they messed up my order. The sauce was thick and filled with bits and seeds, lacking any real liquid.

This was my first and last experience with this place—I won’t be returning.

The service was extremely slow. It took 45 minutes to prepare two Texas burritos, despite there being only one car in front of me. When I finally got my burritos, they had used fries instead of potatoes, which made them crunchy. The tortillas were overcooked, and the burritos were smaller than usual. Very rude in the drive thru. Sorry to inconvenience you with an order. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos and 2 beef tacos. Didn?t know Filiberto?s was vegan, because my under cooked beef taco appeared to be missing the beef. Seriously? This place is always busy, so I thought it would be good. I was wrong. And I won?t be going back. And will discourage others too. It was just bad.

I ordered a burrito without cheese due to a dairy allergy, but when it arrived, it was topped with cheese. I sent it back and clearly asked for a cheese-free burrito. Another employee then came by to offer me a cash refund, even though I had paid with a credit card. When I requested that he refund my card instead, he refused and shut the window. Now, I’m left waiting, uncertain if I’ll get a new burrito (hopefully the correct one this time) or if I’ll just have lost the money I already spent.
