"I chose this restaurant instead of Jack in the Box, but honestly, Jack would have been the better option. I ordered a carne asada cheese crisp, and when I went to pay, I was surprised to see it cost almost $20. Once I started eating, I found it to be incredibly greasy, and the meat was so salty that I couldn't finish it and ended up tossing it out. I wish I could get my money back. I will never come here again; it was a complete waste of money. You're better off going to any other place than this one."

$39 for 3 carne asada burritos. 3 SKINNY BURRITOS barley any meat. Worst Filiberto’s we’ve been to. Metro center has DOUBLE the size burrito for a few bucks cheaper. At least they’re worth the money.

We went through the drive through and the lady took my order for carne asada fries and it came out with what looks and tastes like pot roast or pulled pork not carne asada so we took it back and the lady said that their carne asada looks like ground beef.

The plate looks awful and messy. The guacamole and sour cream spilled out of the plate. Looks like soup. Only the fries are slightly hot and the cheese wasnt even melted. The carne asada doesnt look fresh. Well everything inside the plate doesnt taste fresh. View menu

The service here is terrible. It's always slow, and when I ask the guy at the counter for hot sauce, he only offers me red or green. However, when the girl is working, I actually get the hot sauce I want. Additionally, the cook never seems to cook anything long enough—everything is consistently undercooked, soggy, and lacking the crispiness I expect.

My chips arrived in a covered tray with salsa already poured all over them. Every chip is soggy and tasteless! Who does this? There was NO reason to send it THIS WAY. The beef and chicken taco arrive with ZERO cups of salsa... just dry tacos that are very hard to chew. Im sad to say that for the $33.02 I just spent, the best part of this meal is the cup of beans!
