"We've been ordering from Frank's for years, and it's always been excellent. I typically place my orders online, and the food consistently arrives hot and even before the estimated delivery time. Recently, I ordered a large plain pizza, and just as I was about to enjoy it, my dog jumped on me, causing the entire pie to land cheese-side down on my doorstep. Feeling defeated, I had to throw it away. To my surprise, the delivery driver saw what happened and went out of his way to call the restaurant and have my pizza replaced. He didn’t need to do that, but I truly appreciated it. I even tried to give him an extra tip, but he refused. Thank you, Frank's, and a special thanks to the driver for your outstanding service and customer care!"

"I held a fast business meeting here. I thought it was really cool that they did their own bagels and you can watch that they do this over a plexiglas splitter. I have a bagel with cream cheese and a tea, and the bagel and cream cheese were absolutely delicious. I have a whole bagel with Chive cream cheese. There was a generous part of cream cheese on my roasted bagel and the cream cheese itself was thick and fluffy. One of the best bagels I've ever eaten! I was a bit bombarded that the only choice for tea said just sweet tea. I like sweet tea, but there was no choice for a hot cup of tea. I ordered the sweet tea and it wounded well, but number one was it unsweet tea? I had to add my own sweetener. That's why it's not sweet tea. Number two, it was seasoned with some kind of fruit. Overall, I'm not a big fan of flavored teas? It should have said that it was flavored. I sucked it up and put my sweetener in it and made it work, but overall I want to go back there."

"Everyone hypes this palace up, so we had to try. We will be back, but I don't think I will order the flat iron steak again. Ordered medium and it was dead when it came out. Potatoes were extra salty; all the stuff was not needed on top of the steak. Everything else was good. Service was good. Large menu. Update: 8/21/2022 we go here a lot. My mother goes here a lot because we enjoy it and it is usually consistent. Today was a different story for some reason. Some portions were smaller than normal. Side items were forgotten. Service was extremely slow and they were not busy. We gave up on trying to get more coffee and water. Everything was yummy as usual, but we were all a bit disappointed, unfortunately. The points program is good, so sign up if you plan on going back."

"Every other Saturday, I go out to dinner with two girlfriends who are part of my bubble. This was the first time our travels took us to The Spring House Tavern and we will be back! The service and food were outstanding, although being glutensensitive I was disappointed that there were several menu items I would have liked but which flour to thicken the sauces and soups. I had the filet and it was perfectly cooked and quite delicious"
