Firehouse Subs - Menu

This evening, I observed one male and two female employees behind the counter playing games on their phones and chatting with each other. It took 30 minutes to receive my sandwich, and the restaurant was not busy at all.

The bread is good and if you are in a pinch it's a decent sub. Much better than subway but not in the same ball game as jersey mikes. They are also fairly pricey for the value. The store itself wasn't in the best condition or feel that clean.

This has been by far the worst Firehouse I've ever visited. I tried to be patient and returned a couple of times, but each experience was disappointing. The service is extremely slow, and the food is just average compared to other Firehouse locations. View menu

Absolutely unacceptable food was ordered at 12:30 and we were there to pick it up and 12:40. The website said it would be ready at 12:50 and we waited until 1:12! Sooo 42 minutes for a sandwich? Everyone was livid they were making door dash orders a priority! This isn't okay!

If someone would answer the phone, there may have not been a negative review. New to ordering firehouse sub and all 3 of our subs were warm. Who wants warm lettuce, tomato, and mayo?? I did not order my subs toasted!! If I wanted hot food, I would not have ordered a sandwich. $30 bucks down the drain and zero customer service.

The young man working the computer and taking orders was lovely, however the other younger gentleman who was making the subs was so unbelievably rude to his coworker who was just trying to communicate he needed to step away for a sec , really makes me want to never come back. No one deserves to be treated that way at work no matter what. Someone needs to talk to the blonde gentleman about treating your coworkers with respect despite your differences. View menu

Me and my dad always love coming in here to eat. It’s our favorite place on the face of the earth. We ordered our 2 large clubs, sat and waited for our food. Cashier was a little jittery but got the job done. 3 more people walk in after us, order their food, and waited. Somehow their orders came out before ours? Employees made direct eye contact with us, with no food on our table. I mean it’s not like we’re just hanging out here? My dad walked up about to have some words, just for him to walk up and the employee says “did you have 2 clubs?”… The manager was really busy talking up a story with a coworker the entire time we were in there. Was REALLY craving a sub tonight so came to order and was looking forward to coming home to eat…that is until I bit into my sub. This is the WORST SUB I’ve ever gotten from here. Not just one either, both were AWFUL and was basically bread and lettuce or bread and mayo/cheese. These subs are not cheap, at $20+ for 2 subs you expect some substance. There was literally NO MEAT. Legit 1 price of ham (for the Italian on each sub and only 2 of the salami and pepperoni was missing tomatoes all together and the banana pepper I added had a total of like 2 altogether) 1/4 of each sub was completely empty and I’ve never had a sub from here like this. This restaurant definitely belongs on the list of places that have lost their charm. The Italian sandwich I ordered should have come with Italian dressing, as it claimed in the description, but it didn’t. There was also no mustard, which was another item that was promised. From the moment I walked in, I had a sense that the three guys behind the counter weren’t living up to the brand's former reputation. The once unique vibe of the place—where you'd expect a hot sandwich to be prepared with care and a wide range of hot sauces to choose from—was overshadowed by the awkwardness of the staff, who seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers.
