The service was quick, and the food was excellent. I decided to try a new sub, the New York Steamer, and it was fantastic—I was not disappointed at all! View menu

This is one of our favorite places. Usually very consistently good. However, our last visit was not up to its usual standard. Sandwich was room temperature, bread was stale and it was missing the jerk sauce.

I ordered two subs! There was not any lettuce on the sandwich one had no bacon as I ordered a club on sub! It was horrible I will never ever eat there again! If we spending 15-20 we should get what we pay for! Bad business firehouse yall need to retrainyour employees!

Fairly clean, somewhat friendly, busy location for lunch... A little light on the meat and cheese, the most important part ? my son and I split a large Italian, should have been enough, but without as much meat and cheese, not as good as it should have been. They didn't speak to us when we walked in and I waited, but finall spoke to them. There were five people working, which was good. However, SPEAK to your customers when they come in. I realize they're just making sandwiches, but smile and say hellopeople! Basically ignored us until we ordered. The adult in the room (the rest were students or studentesque spoke to my wifeas we waited on our food as he was sweeping. Clint did a good job of getting our ordered situated and communicated well. Foodwas good and hot; couldn't have asked for a better sandwich and ignoring me was worth it :

I have never in my life been to a business establishment with such rude, disrespectful employees. While visiting today the staff made our sandwich incorrectly twice and had to make it again a third time. All while this is happening, they are constantly running their mouths behind the counter and being rude about having to remake the sandwich. If you are not capable of making a sandwich correctly and then being disrespectful when asked to do it right, then you need to find another job! They were very unprofessional, and to stand behind a counter while talking rude about the customers is quickly how a business will go down hill quick!
