"The best subs in Houston, Texas. Fresh ingredients and made to order. I happened to mention that it was our first time there on a recommendation from my daughter. And the female participants were always so friendly, explain the whole setup /menu even recommend the most popular menu items. The service was great. The place is picturesque, clean with a festive atmosphere and historical memorial. Homage to Firefighters First Responders as American as Apple Pie. Definitely worth a trip. With different locations to serve you."

I visited to try an Italian sub using a T-Mobile coupon, and it turned out to be the best Italian sub I've ever had! The staff, especially the woman who has been working there for eight years, was incredibly nice. I will definitely return for another Italian sub!

The best place to get a sub! period! Staff is always super friendly and on top of it. Stacie, one of the managers there, always has a great attitude and runs the place like a premium restaurant. I love coming here no matter the time of day. They always deliver and the subs melt in your mouth! Thanks Firehouse, the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket is the the bomb!

This is my second or third visit, and each time has been quick and friendly. The place was quite empty since they had just opened. The cashier was patient as I decided which sub to choose after my husband made his selection. I ordered the great hero. I do wish they had Hot Cheetos. The wait was about five minutes.
