The staff is very friendly, and the lower parts are made with high quality meat and cheese. The manager Loretta and the rest of her crew have felt at home and satisfied with our meal.

Great location, very clean! Stopped ito get a quick bite to eat and there was no wait. Tried the brisket for the first time (suggested by RJ) which was a very good choice. The hero is another favorite of mine! Great team of young workers there who are very friendly!!

Hey attention everyone, this is a great place to eat. The subs are amazing and the staff seemed friendly. The fact that it was started by firefighters and donates money to the public safety collection is another great reason to eat here. Every sub you buy helps keep the community safe. Love the subs!!! would have given a 5 star review if it wasn 't for the fact that after I had PAID for lunch online and arrived at the location on 11 Apr 2022 to pick up my food that then was greeted by a closed sign on the front door. Would have been nice to know before hand! Edit: I was refunded for the purchase above lack of staffing shouldn 't really be held against the business itself. I 'm still keeping it at 4 stars until our next visit. Thank you!

I stopped by yesterday to grab some subs and ordered mine without cheese. When I got home, I discovered that my sub had cheese melted all over it. I called the restaurant, and they said to bring it back, and they would make a new one for me. When I returned, they not only made me a fresh sub but also refunded my money and gave me vouchers for two more sandwiches. I've always been a fan of their sandwiches, but their customer service really impressed me. We need more restaurants like this that prioritize customer satisfaction!

I visited the restaurant on Monday evening, and I must say it was delicious! The staff were very friendly and welcomed us warmly upon arrival. Our food was served right at our table, which was a nice touch—you don't have to go pick it up. The restaurant was spotless, and although it wasn't overly busy, there were quite a few orders being prepared while we were there. The manager was also very pleasant and took the time to chat with us as we left. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. It definitely surpasses Primo Hoagies and certainly outshines Philadelphia Hoagies! View menu
