This is frustrating, especially since I placed my order first and expected it to be prepared accordingly. It's a real waste of my lunch break, especially considering I waited 30 minutes after placing my online order, and there was another online order ahead of mine that was placed 15 minutes ago."

Friendly staff, welcoming environment, and great food. I have tried most of the menu and didn't dislike any of it. I think that is very impressive. Even if you get unlucky and have a bad sandwich, they are quick to more than make up for it.
