Firehouse Subs - Menu

Slow. Talked the whole time and dropped our food. Food was good, if you like eating your sandwich with a spoon.

I experienced faster service than usual at this Firehouse location compared to others I've visited. The staff were polite, and our food matched our order perfectly.

I just visited Bayou Blvd in Pensacola, FL, and I have to say that the two ladies working today were fantastic. I wanted to share how wonderful they were, and I only wish I had remembered their names!

People are nice?. But I got a large steak and cheese and asked for just onions and mushrooms. Paid $17 for a cold sandwich with green peppers and mushrooms? not what I asked for at all and it was cold. I don?t understand at all. They weren?t even busy.

Food was alright. I did have to wait quite sometime for a pre order online order. 10 or 15 minutes, not a huge deal. But it wasn 't busy with just 1 person in store. I was not greeted until 2 or 3 minutes after coming in and all the greeting I got was a huh after stating I had an order to pick up. Then said I would have to wait. Not another word spoken to me while in store or when leaving. Service wasn 't great at all and with several other options for sandwiches, this is a big part of why people return to specific places. Doubt I will try this place again

Great store. They labeled the subs so we knew which was which. This rarely happens at other stores. They let me know my cookie was in the bag so I didn't have to check. My sub was well assembled, hot and delicious. I always add jalapenos and each was high quality with no stems or end pieces that are tough to chew. On top of all that the workers were very friendly and appeared to enjoy being there with their fellow employees. Oh and my cookie was baked just right and not burned or dried out. My sweet tea was just right too. Not too sweet. Most places I have to mix in unsweetened tea to make it drinkable. Didn't have that problem here.

I recently visited the Firehouse in the Cordova Mall and had a disappointing experience. Even though there was a patron in front of me who had been waiting longer, the staff completely overlooked him and asked for my order instead. I pointed out that the other customer was ahead of me. While I was placing my order, the employee asked for my name and immediately tried to make a rhyme out of it, which felt unprofessional. When I finally received my order and opened it in my car, I noticed it was hastily put together, as if it had been thrown together in a rush. Firehouse used to offer a premium dining experience, but it seems those days are behind us. View menu
