"If I could rate this restaurant lower than one star, I would. First and foremost, the prices are sky-high. I paid $6.99 for a lukewarm sandwich with just three ingredients. But that wasn’t even the worst part. I waited 33 minutes for a single sandwich while I watched the staff mismanage their time, prioritizing online orders that hadn’t arrived and leaving the three walk-in customers, including myself, waiting. On a positive note, the girl working there was nice and honest about the menu items. However, the slow service has firmly convinced me that I will never return. I will also be seeking a refund. This was my first and LAST visit."

It took almost an hour to be served on a Thursday night. Slow service and employees must be more respectful.

The food was excellent! However, it was less pleasant having to walk in and out of the restaurant while the manager was smoking right by the entrance.

The food at the Firehouse is always delicious and the Soda machine is amazing. The store has changed that they no longer have the TV, but the sandwiches are still really good. Management does not seem very present, but the other employees are pleasant enough. Food: 4/5

The sandwiches here are truly delicious, with fresh, crispy bread. I had the Hook and Ladder, and my husband tried the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar. However, we struggled to enjoy our meal because the loud sports shows on two TVs made it hard to relax. It felt like someone was shouting at us while we were trying to eat. From now on, we might just take our meals to go. View menu

The sandwiches ? ? were sooo good ? and were really filling. The southern style sweet ? tea ? was extraordinary ? and I highly recommend it. The meal deal included a sandwich ?, chips ?, and a drink ?. The ? ? ?‍? ? firehouse subs organization makes alot of donations to the local fire ? and safety departments and you just never know if some of the supplies they have purchased will one-day save your life or someone you love . I was so glad that we stopped here to eat and I highly recommend that you do as well.... SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!!

I picked up an order for two BBQ briskets—one with extra cheese and one regular. Unfortunately, one sandwich came without any cheese, and the other had only half of it with cheese. It’s surprising how such a simple order, with just four ingredients, could be messed up so badly. It's disappointing coming from a place that is usually reliable. I ended up having to add my own cheese to both sandwiches despite paying extra for it. Also, the amount of meat was noticeably less than what I've received in the past. It might be time for a new general manager or some changes in staff.

"This was an amazing place to eat. I was slightly intimidated but how packed it was but I soon found out that it was because of how delicious everything was! My fiance and I started off with a couple of drafts out of very large variety of beers and the waiter had no trouble recommending the perfect selections for us both. Our appetizer was the Cheese Curds with ranch and WOW absolutely amazing! They were like Mozzarella sticks that just didn't taste Italian. It went very well with the beers. Then we ordered our entrees: St. Patty's Melt with a side of Tabouli and South City Chicken with a side of Pub Fries. It's hard to go wrong with a patty melt but it was delicious none-the-less. We ordered it medium-cooked and it turned out perfectly. The Tabouli was something we have never had before - it was basically like salsa without the sauce, a very interesting side dish that wasn't quite up to our expectations. As for the South City Chicken, talk about a spicy succulence! The chicken was cooked very well and wasn't too thick or thin of a breast. It was covered in Pepper Jack cheese and salsa, giving it a very hot flavor that made my mouth water. I had them leave off the avocado since I'm not a huge fan, so that might have balanced out the zesty flavor a bit more. And of course the Pub Fries were super good - a delicious flavor, cooked just right and not too greasy. At the end, we had enough room in our stomachs for one of their decadent desserts: White Chocolate Chip Brownie served a la mode. The brownie came out very soft but not gooey and was super warm. The right amount of vanilla ice cream was placed on top, followed by a good amount of chocolate fudge dripped over the dessert with a fresh strawberry as extra. Very delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and all the food and drinks came so fast - very little wait time. It was a cozy place to eat with the lights dimmed. All in all, a most fabulous place to eat! We will definitely go back again!!"
