"Edited from 2 stars to 4. We're back to this place twice last month. We were not in this place since my original booking and I must say that customer service has become significantly better! The only reason we're still here is that my son loves the engineering sandwiches, but my husband and I are about it. Customer service is sub par and they are slow. Tonight I came in, only for my son, and after my entrance Micheal was my cash. He was rude while he took my order. There was an old employee who visited, and they were out loud. Then they screwed up another customer order, and the employees argue about the order, and Micheal made a chic comment to the customer say you want to take my place over here? Even if this place is closer and more convenient for me, I will never come back to him. This is not the first time I'm here with rude customer service."

Great subs are a great price. The regular sized sub can almost be considered 2 meals for most people. Service is fast and polite, even during the busiest of times.

Felipe was at the register when we came in. He was super friendly and helpful and his happy disposition is contagious! He was the same to the customers after him. He deserves a raise.

I've eaten too often at this place. Either I eat or take off, I never had a bad experience. The food is always good and consistent, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff was always welcoming and pleasant. I will continue to visit this place, whether for a meal or a family night. View menu

I love sub-sandwiches and I dare to say that I like these more than Jimmy John's. They are soft and warm and have a lot of taste. Apart from the sandwiches, this special shop has friendly employees, but there is a machine in the back that is quite loud and makes it difficult to understand them sometimes as a person who cannot understand the language very well without silence. It is also difficult to distinguish the sandwiches even if they have numbers because they are rare, if ever said what is before leaving. Maybe I should ask more. Otherwise it is fast, relatively simple, has a non-intimidating atmosphere, and the sandwiches are beautiful.

They spotted me getting my walker out of the car in the parking lot and one of the staff came outside saying she didn 't catch me early enough. She was actually going to take my order AT MY CAR so I didn 't have to keep walking inside! Once inside, she offered to get my coke, (in the fridge across the other side of the restaurant . Once my order was complete and ready, she gathered everything for me and helped me back to my car with the biggest upbeat smile I 've seem in a while!! Bottom line: the service was ABOVE reproach!! : The food was, of course, Firehouse standard; which is already pretty high on my list of sub shops . Excellent job and KUDOS to THIS team!!! :
