Firehouse Subs Colonial Heights

First time visiting Fire House Subs. The ordering process was slow. Had the steak and cheese and it was just alright. The other guest that was with me had the meatball said “Subway is better” after that comment definitely felt like we overpaid for what we got.

Fri. Apr. 15th wife and I stop and grabbed two subs for dinner to go. Cajun chicken sub had four small strips of Cajun chicken, a medium sub, I was disappointed. Sandwich looked nothing like the Cajun chicken on the menu. Not surprise but, four little pieces of chicken

I really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. The food was tasty, and the sandwiches were generously sized, overflowing with filling. However, I wasn’t a fan of the single soda dispenser; it felt a bit limiting considering all the options available. Overall, a nice experience! View menu

I visited the restaurant for the first time and placed an order. There was a slight wait, but I had a party of four, so it was about 10-15 minutes. The subs were really good, and I would definitely go back. The decor was also interesting, especially with its dedication to local firefighters.

Actually, it was one of the best subs I've ever had. Although I was very disappointed in the way I was treated in these fireworks, there were all friendly, generous and openly good manage. I didn't like that and the ordering process was short and fast. they have my command and the sandwich was great. the service not so much if I compare it with a animal, I would say that they are a very good behave cheetah that loves men.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. Everything was fresh, and the dishes were served promptly and just as I ordered. During my last visit, Moses attended to me, and he was incredibly respectful and entertaining. He provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I also noticed how well he interacted with the other staff—he was patient and friendly with them, too. He definitely deserves a raise! View menu

I had high hopes for my very first Firehouse Sub. I ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken, and I certainly will not be coming back for another. It was painfully obvious that whoever prepared my sandwich hates their job. My sub was a disappointing, mushy, sloppy and thrown together load of mess. It’s like the sandwich maker took their bare hands and just slammed the ingredients onto a piece of bread, balled it up and said “HERE, sandwich.” Two stars only because the chocolate chip cookie was to die for. Maybe go into the bakery business?

First I will say the food is great but the service in the mornings is awful. Although the food is great if you decide to eat here I would only go in the evening because the workers that work during the day are rude honestly look like they do not bathe regularly. I use to eat here all the time but lately the staff in the morning are constantly gossiping about other employees (I’m assuming because of what they say) instead of helping the customers they are too busy talking or looking at their phones The older black woman that is a manager is the worst of all. Constantly scratching her head does not go wash her hands after or has made me wait while she finishes whatever she’s doing on her cell...

My husband surprised me with one of my absolute favorite places and sub for lunch today after work because I work in fast food and I work hard to please all of my guests. The smoked brisket cheddar is my favorite and when I say my first bite was rancid is an understatement as soon as I bit down the smell of the meat hit my nose and tongue at the same time I immediately spit the food out and had to rinse my mouth out with mouth wash and then brush my teeth just to get the smell of the rotten meat off my taste buds!
