"I ordered dinner online with well over an hour before my pick up time leaving them plenty to get my order correct. To say I am disappointed would be accurate. I paid for 3 combo upgrades of which I only received 1. Where are my chips? Further more, I customized my sandwiches and it was disregarded. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I have a child that will refuse her bread if it tastes and is made moist by pickle juice. My order clearly stated no pickle and I can’t just let her have chips for dinner as there aren’t any. While I understand chips in the bag is to prevent theft, it prevented me from my correct order. Why would they put one bag and not the other two? That’s not even lazy, it’s just stupid. They also neglected to have my drinks and just stared when I asked for them. While I admit I will return to this location, it’s only because another is not close by."

I've never had a bad experience with firehouse subs, my only complaint is that one location on Concord parkway was closed early one day.

For having 3 people on the line, it should not have taken 30 minutes waiting on our food. We love Firehouse Subs and have never been to one as slow as this Kannapolis location…

I feel as though every restaurant has to deal with it. But the staff was so far behind just had to leave the wait was to long and there was only 3 people in the whole place at lunch time.

I ordered online and had to wait about 10mins before my order was ready, but it was peak lunch time so they were busy. Great service as always. I've never had a problem at this location. The parking lot can get a bit congested though. View menu

I was in the kannapolis location on March 18th and placed an order to go. I waited almost 45 minutes until people that came in after me started receiving their orders. When I ask them when my order would be ready, apparently they sat my order to the side and forgot it. Then the guy I was talking to rolled his eyes and just handed me my order. No apology, no offer of a fresh sandwich...just extreme rudeness.

Seemed on drugs, confused and sad. Only the order taker/ Manager seemed normal. None were happy. Then they hit you up for donations at the register. They were pressuring me to order as soon as I walked in so I ordered the Italian and asked for vinegar and oil. They put sweet mayo. It was nasty. I 've never had an Italian ' sub with mayo. The bread wasn 't good. They toasted it (which I don 't like) without asking. $9.50 for a 9 sub. Overpriced for the quality IMO. First and last visit. Jersey Mike 's is better in every way.
