"Firehouse Subs makes some great sandwiches. They have hot subs that just melt in your mouth. Highly recommended if you have never been. You even get a pickle on the side. Firehouse also sells empty 5 gallon pickle buckets for $3. The tables inside have Dalmatian print, and there is a mural on the wall of firefighters. The murals at Firehouse Subs depict something of significance related to the owner, a dog, house, person, etc.. You can also order ahead using the app. However, this particular location was slow to start my order. I ordered ahead and they hadn't started my order when I arrived. The employees were standing around talking to each other. I did not see any sandwiches being made. I told them I was there to pick up and then they started to make my order. It really defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. Overall, the food is great here. One of my favorite restaurants for subs. I'd recommend Firehouse Subs."

Currently my favorite Firehouse location. I gave feedback, and the manager listened, remedying the issue. They always have my online orders available when requested, and they never leave off or add in ingredients. Amazing service!

My first experience here due to staff was VERY unpleasant. I would never have went back but my boss wanted lunch there today so I went to pick it up. The lady at the counter named Blue completely changed my mind and I would love to come there as long as the staff is like her. Friendly and bright and truly takes care of customers. I ordered two subs and two cookies, and when I asked if the cookies were included, the lady assured me they were. However, when I got home, there were no cookies. I called back to discuss the issue, but the lady seemed indifferent. I then spoke with the manager, who also didn't seem to care. I will not be returning to this Firehouse Subs again due to the poor customer service.

There was a heavy set white girl who very rude to me and said you people can't come in here changing the sandwiches I only asked to not have the ham on the hook and later sub because in a Muslim and I don't eat pork but saying you people I felt was racist and against my religious beliefs I would never go black and if your black or a Muslim I would suggest you do too it's a very bad place to go to! There was another black girl who helped me by separating the meat and said to me thank you this is for your inconvenience she's a good person they should make her the manager! And fire the other white girl ...
