The establishment is clean, and their brownies are incredibly addictive. Dining here makes a significant difference in the service compared to other Firehouse locations. You'll definitely find yourself coming back regularly. It's a fantastic place to eat. The manager, Sean, shows impressive experience in his role. I was really disappointed with the food. The bread was barely toasted, the lettuce was limp, and the steak sandwich didn’t even have any cheese. Having worked at a FHS for 14 years, I was excited to visit a location while on vacation, especially since there isn’t one near me anymore. However, we ended up spending $140, and it was a big letdown.

I was attracted to this restaurant because I wanted something dependable to help me deal with my emotions. I ordered the Turkish bacon ranch club on white bread, along with a combo of chips and a drink to satisfy my hunger. Thankfully, my order was ready promptly. The tasty sandwich really hit the spot. The chips were, as always, a great complement. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. I’m thankful for their assistance today and appreciate their consistent reliability, no matter where I go.

I’m quite frustrated with my recent experience at Firehouse Subs. I ordered a fully loaded sub, but several items were missing, especially considering the high price. I paid too much for such a lack of attention to detail. Although the meat was good, overall, I felt let down. Fortunately, Gabriel's Sub Shop on Edgewater Drive is still open, where you can see them prepare your sub just the way you like it. I think Firehouse Subs would benefit from being more transparent to prevent issues like this in the future. I won’t be going back for a while.
