"If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. I placed my order at 1:04pm and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. However, I didn't receive my sandwich until 1:23pm, and my soup was missing. I was then told it would take an additional 3 minutes for my small cup of potato soup. During my visit, there were 8 other customers waiting impatiently for their food. The reason for the delay was one customer who had ordered a large amount of sandwiches, sides, and drinks, causing the staff to prioritize their order over others. After this customer left, another customer complained that she had waited for an hour to receive her food. When she walked out, the staff commented that she should have expected slow service during lunch time. Meanwhile, a family behind me received their food, but the wife/mother realized her sandwich was missing ingredients she had requested. The staff member argued with her and asked for a receipt, causing embarrassment for the customer. The soup was bland, the sandwich was mediocre, and the restaurant was dirty. Overall, my $14 lunch was not worth $5."

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the salads at this restaurant. If I could, I would show you a picture to illustrate how bad they were. I have been going to this location for years, and up until now, the food and service have always been excellent. Sandwiches are delicious. I ordered soup and salad tonight. The soup was very good, but big mistake on ordering the salad. There was a lot of rusty lettuce. I get it that they are made in advance, but the salads at Wendy's are better than here. I will not be ordering a salad here ever again. To the owner, you may want rethink you salad process.

While we appreciate restaurants and their employees doing service to the community by being open during a pandemic, we expect them to still uphold the minimum level of service and quality that the restaurant offers. I will never eat a Firehouse again. My husband waited for 20 minutes inside as the only customer while the staff fulfilled online orders. Once we got our food, I couldn’t believe what I saw.
