"I placed a web order for pickup on Tuesday. I get there no greeting but the lady who walked in before me gets greeted and next guy after me walks in gets greeted. The lady at the counter walks to lady who walked in before me to find out her order, which is a pickup order. This lady ignores me. I have to walk up the counter ask for my order. I find out it's still being worked on. They are busy and dining area is full. The wait is no issue but being ignored is. The other lady waiting for her order gets walked to by the counter lady and asked about her order, then handed to her in a bag with a handle. I get my named yelked out 20 minutes later to fetch my food laying on the counter. The difference between me and the other lady is I'm darker. I did not want to think that is the issue but why else was I ignored. I lived in Lake Worth my whole life in fact my family started a restaurant there. I know customer service, and food service, and I know when I am getting treated less than others. I don't appreciate that experience. I will not be back. Then I get back to work the sandwiches have no labels to see what kind of sandwiches. I and my coworkers have to figure it out. Usually labels are placed on the package to indicate the difference."

Service was good. Friendly staff. The environment is cool for small. The food takes much longer than other Chain Sandwich shops, so it can challenge the lunch breaks. Food quality is much better than subway. Total 4/5.

My daughter took me to lunch at firehouse subs. Lake worth. This sandwich was a train wreck!!!!! it was made with brown lettuce and a white substance that was not what I ordered.. blame it on the help or the products. But I would would rather not think it wasn't my color. If you feed this to the Firemen that comes in this store, God bless them. You reap what you sow.

Those who worked on Wednesday 11/2/22 at 20:15 on the fals (female) and on the sandwich manufacturer (male) are some of the most despicable people I have ever seen. I went out when they gave customers a dirty look. The cashier did not listen to a word the customer said when he gave his order. The store is open for 45 minutes. If you can't be respectful to close - that's not the job for you. View menu

After working all day, the only thing that sounded good was the firehouse. I stopped 10 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked. The lady who crashed tried to let me in, but what the manager seemed to be, she said no. Very disappointed. As former manager/owner of a Jimmy John?s and consultant for Chick-Fil-A?s for 9 years I was in the same situation, but I never turned off someone. If I could give a star, I would.

The staff who were working on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at 8:15 PM—specifically the female employee at the counter and the male sandwich maker—were among the most careless individuals I have ever encountered. I felt uncomfortable as they treated customers with disdain. The cashier completely ignored what a customer was saying when they placed their order. The store had only been open for 45 minutes, and if you can’t show respect during closing time, then this job isn’t for you. View menu

Was so excited to get Subs from here as it was a long time and I love their subs. There were 2 adults, a man and a woman and two teenagers. The man, Scott, made our sandwiches, fell a little on the ground, wiped it off on his apron and made our sandwiches go on. The lady saw him. The teenagers, especially the girl, talked about rapper and singing, it's getting hot in here, so take all your clothes. I expected an adult to say something. To teach you to be professional. No word. I confronted them about our food and both adults denied it. 28 dollars went to the garbage when I came home. This was at 10/4/22 about 18:15.

I was really looking forward to getting subs from this place since it had been a while, and I love their sandwiches. There were two adults—a man and a woman—and two teenagers with us. The man, Scott, prepared our sandwiches but accidentally dropped some food on the floor. He wiped it off on his apron and continued making our sandwiches. The woman saw what happened. Meanwhile, the teenagers, especially the girl, were loud and singing a rap song, “It’s getting hot in here, so take off all your clothes.” I was hoping one of the adults would say something to remind them to be more professional, but no one did. When I raised my concerns about our food, both adults denied any issues. I ended up wa...

"On my first visit, I tried the Southern Shrimp and Grits, which were simply amazing—stone-ground cheese grits topped with sautéed shrimp, enhanced by a flavorful mix of peppers and bacon. Chef Jeff and his team use fresh sirloin in their chili, and it’s absolutely delicious! The portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. The food is exceptional, and the concept behind it is truly inspiring. I now volunteer here regularly. Chef Jeff and his wife, Julie, have a mission: "Our mission is to feed, educate, and serve our community so that they may 'taste and see that the Lord is good'” (Psalm 34:8). Customers can choose to: 1) pay what they can afford, 2) pay the standard price for a similar restaurant, or 3) pay a little extra to help those who are less fortunate. This creates a beautiful and fulfilling experience. They are open for lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. If you’re pressed for time, I recommend making a reservation and letting the hostess know. Diners are seated using a "paced method" to ensure the volunteer staff isn’t overwhelmed, but any wait is certainly worth it! Be sure to try the pour-over coffee or refreshing lemonade, and sample small plates like bruschetta or farro salad, as well as main dishes such as the apple bacon sandwich, crispy potatoes, burgers, shrimp and grits, and chili. And don’t overlook the dessert—it’s indulgent! I can’t express enough how much I adore this place!"
