Pretty delicious, I get the same sandwich every time, only Hook and Ladder Mayo, on wheat. It's delicious every time.

The person waiting for us was great. Very great personality. Place was very clean. The staff was very friendly and recognized.

Very friendly. It was so busy and employees never showed that they were overwhelmed. Always nice. Logan was wonderful! Being a former firefighter, it made me feel like I was back in the firehouse. Great job! The nearest Firehouse Subs where I live, is over an hour. Now I'm going to make a point to stop, every time I get to where there is one. Worth it!!

My husband and I placed our to go order for two Hook and Ladders. We have always enjoyed them, but tonight my husband did not. I requested no lettuce on his and thats about all that was on his sandwich. He ended up not eating it at all. We also ordered two chocolate chip cookies....... didn't even get those. I'd have to agree with all customers from the last seven months. No urgency. Tell us about 10 minutes after we ordered them from meatballs to heat up something. All 4 employees there seemed to be in a fog when they had any training they need to retrain. No salad on my sandwich. It took a total of 30 minutes for our order that we ended to go. We spent $40.00 on 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks 2 chips, which is ridiculous, even loud to say. Basically, if you don't want to spend $40.00 on some badly made sandwiches then this is the place for you. I would give less than 1 star, but you need to put something to write a review.

I had a co worker order lunch for himself from this location and when he got back to the office with his food, the potato soup looked like mashed potatoes. He called the store and the manager said that they were safe to eat, however my co worker did not feel comfortable eating them, so he gave them to me and I didn 't think much of it since the manager said they were safe. I only had about 3-4 bites before I successfully attempted the DQ Blizzard test on this Soup and none of it fell out at all because it was so stiff! Fast forward about 15-20 minutes and and I am having some serious stomach pain. I just don 't understand why the manager couldn 't have just offered to replace the soup I don...

I might have found one of the top 3 worst restaurant in Lenoir city, this little Ceasars pizza or the local Wendy's (before the new location). I have placed an order for a large Pastrami base and a cookie. I put the order at 3:45. There was a customer when I arrived at 15:55. The manager (center with long black hair) behind the counter spoke to their employees about an order that appears instead of making food. I counted 3 employees at the time, with 3 more coming to work at 4:00. I finally restored my sandwich without communication about my order at 4:11. The manager did not lead any employees.
