"I have frequented this location and today is the last day I’m doing so. This is the second time that I have used the curbside pickup service to have the person who answers the phone brush me off. And note that I’ve ALREADY ORDERED in the app so they just have to walk it out. I showed up 7mins after my order should have been ready (and by how cold it was, probably was ready)The first time I used the service I called and someone said they didn’t know what it was and it took 5 mins to get it outside. Today I call and NO ONE ANSWERS. After finally getting someone to answer and telling them I’m for curbside pick up and in what spot I’m located, I’m told “we have customers you need to hold” Excuse me?! I AM a paying customer and one that used to go almost weekly! I hang up and call back since I’m stuck on hold and no one answers! Had to repeatedly call and then all of a sudden someone walks my order out. Never again. Also yet another time that their Mac and cheese is cold as can be and no bread crumbs with it."

we go here all the time, but it's sad that they close around 19 o'clock. my daughter comes at 9 o'clock. these sandwiches are only great when they are made first. when it sits, it's soggy.

Just ordered the cheese steak sub ! BY FAR THE WORST SANDWICH I've ever had , 2 bites in threw it away , I can't imagine the complete lack of culinary skills it took to put this trash on a bun and sell it to the public , absolute GARBAGE. Never going to Fire House again !

Food is good, Firehouse is my favorite sandwich shop in the valley. I took one star off because it always takes a while to get your food. I understand depending on what you get it can take longer, but I think it's a staffing issue more than the employees. They constantly get new employees and seem short staffed. View menu

I placed an order today at 5 PM. I arrived at the restaurant paid for my order, cashier was very friendly. I sat down waiting for my order the only one there waiting. As I am waiting another patron comes in orders gets his food within 10 minutes. By this time 14 minutes has gone by. I get up go to the cashier and ask is my order going to be made? Apparently the guy who was making the sandwich who also did not wash his hands before putting on gloves ignored my order sitting there in front of him.! At this point I demanded my money back. I will not be disrespected! When the other two employees question why he did not make the sandwich when the order was right in front of him he said oh I'll ma...

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
