Love this place. Their subs are similar but unique from any place around. Love the fireman theme. Staff is always super friendly.

I was there at 11:15 on 01/04/22 and the doors were locked. the sign on the door said they had opened at 10:30. I give 4 stars because I like to eat this, but angry that they were not open. View menu

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was exceptional, answering all of our questions and providing exceptional customer service that truly amazed us.

I always enjoy dining at Firehouse Subs. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean and it was a pleasant dining experience. I have visited multiple times for lunch and have never been let down. I highly recommend it.

very long wait when there was hardly anyone on the store. this happens everytime but this time the staff wasn't too friendly. I ordered my sandwich without cheese mayo and mustard because I'm allergic to milk and they put all of that on my sandwich so i took it back and they still put the mayo on it so took it back for the third time and my dad came with me and got it fixed to the sandwich I ordered. i was going there frequently but now I'm not so sure I'll be going back to that store. the food was good once they eventually got it right.

Extremely rude staff, they should clock out 8:30 instead of the closing time that says 9 o’clock. I walked in and proceeded to order 2 sandwiches, the person on the SSP station was continuously rolling his eyes while I was placing my order with my 1 year old son. I told him I guess you’re not in the mood to make any sandwiches and he said no he wasn’t and that we close in 20 minutes. I wish 0 stars was an option. A lot of my friends go to this location and I’ll inform them not to go back anymore. If you don’t want to do your job, then clock out and go home.

The young man that answered the phone when I called to place my order actually picked up the phone and then began complaining about having to take a call-in order, while the phone was close enough to pick up what he was saying. That should have been my first sign not to order. After arriving just after 8:15 p.m., the staff were complaining out loud about how they were ready to go but had so many orders left; they close at 9 p.m. They even went as far as discouraging other customers from placing orders, over-emphasizing that there would be a 25-plus minute wait every time someone came through the door.
