"If I could give them 10 stars I would. It 's typical firehouse subs which are great but the customer service is truly exceptional. My daughter is allergic to eggs and tree nuts and most fast food type places we 're typically met with a blank stare and 'I don 't know ' when we ask if eggs or tree nuts are in an item. And it 's like pulling teeth to try and get them to check for us. Not here. They immediately checked the sub rolls and we determined that the white sub rolls were safe for her to eat and she was able to get a grilled cheese. Firehouse is now her favorite restaurant and we feel safe letting her eat here."

My husband eats here all the time but they have recently started having a nice gluten-free sub roll, So I was able to join him. It's pricey for a sandwich but very good! View menu

Ordered meatballs sub no pickle, because for me it ruins the taste of the sauce. This is the fourth time in a row where it clearly indicates no pickle on the order. I usually only work because I like pimples, just not mixed with tomato sauce.

This place is clean, the service is pretty fast. The cashier was patient and helpful, I had questions, you know, some get annoyed with you when you are slow like me. The food was looking pretty fresh. This location had good service, will go back for sure.

Did not expect the bad and unrespectful attitude of literally all three women working at 6:30 that I received when picking up my online order. I was not greeted when I came in, said to go wait in a long line for ONE CUP on my drink that I already paid for online, got into the register and the cashier went out smile and laugh to rest in a heartbeat when I asked for a cup. No manners. In any case, they showed the accuracy of the stereotypical service in Monroe, being small and trashy. View menu

When I called and asked to speak with the manager 2 days n a row 2 different girls got on the phone and wouldn't let me speak to the manager and was very rude and hung up on me . After being told it was very important. Then the 1st girl didn't hangup 1st she said to him someone wanted to talk but was very rude which was a lie I'm calling about a job then the phone goes beep n hangup wow that's not how you run a business or treat someone who's wanting to work there. But I guess I'll go else where

"I don't even know where to start, but let me just say this: when a skilled chef gets their hands on high-quality raw ingredients, magic happens. This was one of those rare occasions where I had to pause after every bite and just admire the expertise that went into creating this symphony of flavors. The Duck Rolls were perfectly seasoned slices of duck breast filled with a mix of cream cheese, diced jalapeno peppers, and wrapped in bacon, then baked until golden brown. Adding yet another layer of flavor, they were drizzled with local honey. Five stars. The homemade biscuits were heavenly – flaky, moist, and delicate, complemented by a variety of jellies and old-fashioned syrup. Five stars again. The Deer Camp Meatloaf was a slice of meatloaf atop mashed potatoes and topped with slow-roasted Brussels sprouts infused with balsamic vinegar. Even though I'm not typically a fan of Brussels sprouts, these were amazing. Another five stars. The catfish and cheese grits were also delicious, though I'm not a grits person – they were the only slight downside to this otherwise fantastic meal. 4.5 stars for that dish. The Fried pork chop and red beans and rice were exceptional, with perfectly cooked red beans and rice and a thin, juicy pork chop with just the right amount of breading. This was easily the best meal I've had in years. Well done, Cotton. The ambiance was classy, with calming tunes, amazing artwork, natural wood floors, and exposed brick walls. The customer service was top-notch as well. This meal ticked all the boxes. If you're ever in the Monroe area, don't miss out on this unforgettable experience. And don't forget dessert – it's truly outstanding!"
