"I genuinely want to enjoy Firehouse Subs, but after my second visit, I still find the ordering process to be quite cumbersome. The menu is heavily meat-oriented, and while they do offer vegetarian options, they don't seem to highlight them sufficiently. I'm not a strict vegetarian, but I prefer plant-based options whenever possible, and unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be a priority here. Overall, the sandwiches are decent, and if you like meat-focused, subway-style sandwiches, you might find this place acceptable. Perhaps with a few more visits, the ordering process will become smoother."

I enjoyed the brisket sandwich, and it was fantastic. The restaurant was clean, with plenty of spacious seating. The staff was friendly and patient.

Tried something different. I usually get meatball sub. Tried smokehouse brisket and cheddar pairing with mac cheese. Sandwich was delicious; mac cheese was rich. Service was great and staff was friendly. Didn't wait long.

I placed an order through their app and scheduled a pickup for 1:30. Unfortunately, when I arrived at that time, my sandwich was cold. There was no outdoor seating available (at least not in October), and the TV inside was quite loud, blasting ads the entire time I was there. View menu

Great customer service at this specific location. Staff is always very friendly and inviting. I would give 5 stars if it was not for one minor thing only. When a customer asks for extra of a specific topping of like black olives or Jalapenos they tend to not put extra ever really. Would be great also at all locations if customers could actually see there sandwiches being made.

My husband contacted Firehouse to discuss the issue we encountered. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner shifted the blame onto the staff, even though he was the one who took our order. He did not provide any resolution and was rather difficult to deal with. I was truly surprised by this experience. If you plan to visit and the owner is on-site, I would recommend exercising caution.

My husband contacted Firehouse Subs to discuss the issue we encountered, but the owner shifted the blame onto the staff, despite being the one who prepared our order. He didn't offer any compensation and wasn't particularly friendly during our conversation. We were quite surprised by the whole experience. If you visit and see the owner—who is around 60—making the subs, you might want to reconsider! View menu

I had a wonderful experience at this location, thanks to the excellent customer service. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I would give it a five-star rating, but there's just one small issue. When customers request extra toppings, like black olives or jalapeños, they often don’t add as much as expected. It would also be great if all locations allowed customers to watch their sandwiches being made.

Not sure why I heard so many good things about this place. The subs are average but good, take way to long to make (7 minutes for two and no one ahead of us) and are just average. The mac n cheese is bland for supposedly having 5 cheeses. You have to put the bread crumbs in, the noodles are done and not mushy but the cheese sauce was just blah. We got the Jamaican jerk turkey and a turkey self design my daughter made up...hers was better, still both just average. Not worth the wait.
