I made a catering order for a few records. The online interface was easy to use to find out what I wanted and the Thanksgiving Point location filled it perfectly. It was ready to go right when I requested it, and the boxes were expected to be in stock with everything.

First time trying this sandwich shop. It was very tasty. My cashier was super friendly and had a good sense of humor (I believe his name was Sean). I order a large sub with drink/ mac n cheese and a chips and man was I stuffed. The meat quality was great, the bread was nice and fresh and the mac and cheese was delicious ?. The sandwich was good with generous meat and accompaniments. However, we ordered the food to go and my wife asked for a water cup that held a lid. The person, who I believe was the owner, refused and only gave her a small plastic cup. First time for me that a Firehouse has not been generous with a water cup. Pennies saved for them, but I won't go back here.

We stopped for dinner on our way home on Sunday, and Firehouse Subs was one of the few places open in the area that wasn't a burger joint. It was our first time visiting, and the two gentlemen who served us were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic, and the kids finished every bite of their meals! Omg this place is so good. I've never had a better Italian sub in my life. And these guys here really care! The workers were awesome and told me people's favorites and then helped me pick the perfect meal. Not only that, they made this sub beautifully. Not slopped together: stacked to perfection. Seriously. This is a place with heart that will make you a perfect sandwich too.

Great food and staff work hard and amazing me and my sister work in apollo Burger and firehouse is not as far away maybe as 1 min walk we go to firehouse every Sunday for lunch and the staff are amazing always beautiful and the food is always great and amazing the guys behind the counterwork so hard to offer customers there and they always do it best if I would give firehouse in Lehi a 10 stars! Thank you for your hard work you guys are amazing and the best we always support you guys thank!!!!!

I ordered a Jamaican Jerk turkey from Uber eats this afternoon and Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese wasn?t steamed all the way through and I was given an over sauced untoasted Cajun Chicken : I love firehouse but this was huge disappointment. I used to work there and know the steps that need to be taken to ensure order quality, I don?t feel like they were present today. Also my pickle was just thrown into the box when they?re supposed to be wrapped individually so my sandwich was soggy and pickles : View menu
