"I stopped by for a sandwich for dinner and was surprised to find the place completely empty. The dining area floors were dirty, and the counters by the windows weren't any better. The employees seemed to be more focused on goofing off than on serving customers. I ordered a simple cold sandwich with extra mayo on the side. To make matters worse, the Coke machine was out of ice, and when another customer pointed it out, the staff just laughed it off. When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect, likely because they were too distracted to pay attention to what I had asked for. The restrooms were also in poor condition. Given the lack of service and cleanliness, I found the prices too high. The food was decent, which is why I gave a few stars. It's clear why there were so few customers during my visit. Overall, I would recommend going to Jason's Deli instead for a better variety, superior service, and higher standards. I've been to this Firehouse Subs twice now, and both times were disappointing."

The sandwiches are great, always boiled as you want, just have to get some cup holders, it's pretty hard to carry 2 cups with a heavy bag that has no handles that finally slip or soften out the steam and fall apart.

I was thinking of a 5 star but the price was just too high . The sub and soup were amazingly delicious . This was my first time eating here and wanted to try it. Like I said it was yummy. Just a bit too pricey . Overall good experience though

I find myself craving sandwiches from here. Sandwiches are tasty, well made, and neatly packaged to go. There's several places at this Fountains of Farah for sandwiches, but I give my full 5 stars to these guys. Customer service always on point. Greatinteractions with all staff, they keep it professional and courteous. Highly recommended. View menu

I was very pleased with this Firehouse location. This was my first visit and it was an exceptional experience. I had a medium hero sandwich and it was delicious, with tons of flavor. The restaurant was clean and very comfortable. The customer service from the associate at the register was not only courteous, but knowledgeable about the menu.

I placed my order online to avoid a long wait for my food. I arrived about 20 minutes after ordering to give them sufficient time, but I still ended up waiting 40 minutes for my meal. The staff didn’t seem to care, and the manager appeared to be even less concerned. Eventually, a girl came to assist, and although it still took a while, she seemed to be the only one who actually showed some effort.

I often find myself craving sandwiches from this place. The sandwiches are delicious, well-prepared, and nicely packaged for takeout. While there are several sandwich options at the Fountains of Farah, I wholeheartedly give these guys a perfect 5 stars. Their customer service is consistently excellent, and I always have great interactions with the staff, who are professional and courteous. I highly recommend them! View menu

I stopped by for lunch and I'm really glad I did. This place is far better than some other sub sandwich spots—I won’t name names! Overall, the subs and soups are excellent. The staff greeted me promptly and the service was very fast. The BBQ cheese brisket was incredible, and the loaded potato soup was delightful. I visited years ago when they first opened, but I’m not sure why I never returned—probably because I moved to Phoenix. However, I’ll definitely make it a point to come back!

I'm happy to report that this restaurant surpassed my expectations, especially when compared to other sub sandwich shops (which I won't mention). Overall, the large subs and soups were fantastic. The staff offered prompt service from the moment I stepped in. The BBQ cheese basket was outstanding, and the loaded potato soup was really tasty. I came here years ago when they first opened, but for some reason, I never returned—probably because I moved to Phoenix. However, I definitely intend to come back soon!

"We began with Baked Escargot in Herbed Citrus Parmesan Butter—an exquisite dish in which the desire to savor every drop of the butter was undeniable. The Grilled Octopus with Cilantro Chimichurri was expertly spiced, leaving a lasting impression of refined flavors. The Central Caesar Salad, uniquely presented for communal sharing, was notable for its rich Anchovy Emulsion. The Cream of Green Chile Soup was a revelation; its creamy texture and depth of flavor were so captivating that they prompted a moment of culinary reflection. However, the Seared Diver Scallops, though well-executed, did not resonate as strongly with me; I had a less than favorable reception of the broccoli puree. In contrast, the Lobster Agnolotti was satisfactorily balanced and flavorful with its delicate pasta and butter-poached lobster claw submerged in a creamy lobster broth. The Honey Lavender Long Island Duck was another course that showcased the fusing of sweet and savory nuances. The undeniable highlight of the meal was the Ribeye Prime, a masterful display of flavor infusion, complemented by Chipotle Lime Butter and enhanced by the textural contrast of crispy onion strings. We concluded on a celebratory note with a Dessert Platter for my husband’s birthday. This thoughtful gesture included an array of desserts from Petite Crème Brulée to a Mexican Chocolate Tart, each a testament to the restaurant’s dedication to a memorable dining experience. However, it is imperative to note that the ambiance was somewhat marred by the overly loud piano and live singing. While the music itself was beautifully rendered, its volume was disproportionate to the dining setting, complicating conversational flow and detracting from the overall enjoyment."
