The food is good but the knowledge of servers is limited. We had one person with Celiacs and one with a peanut allergy. We were told the bread served with the soup was gluten free! It wasn’t! We were also told the soup was gluten free and then they put a potsticker in it! Education is needed here

Good food. Waiting for our food to be cooked took a little longer than we'd liked as it seemed there was only cook. I would recommend they give different variations and sauce blends as my food was bland since I didn't know how much sauce to add or what kind. I did appreciate their attention to allergies as my family has a few. Overall, very good

Food is decent for a selfserve stir fry buffet. Service seemed slightly overwhelmed, but ok. But this place needs a good scrubbing and paint job. There were nicks on the paint and wood all over the restaurant, and the bathroom was close to gas station quality with a thick ring of mildew around the sink faucet. While in a nice location, Flat Top needs to up their game View menu
