"Fortune has become our new favorite for Chinese food delivery! This was our first time trying it, and we were thoroughly impressed! My husband mentioned that his egg roll was far better than those from other local spots. The sweet and sour chicken featured generous pieces of chicken breast, cooked perfectly—not too hard or too soft. The rice was fresh, tasting as if it had just been prepared for us, with plump, tender grains instead of the dry, tiny bits typical of other places. As a delightful bonus, it included small pieces of egg, which many restaurants no longer offer. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Highly recommended!"

The food was very good.! The egg rolls are unique and delicious. The restaurant is located in a strip-mall, if you don't look for it, you won't see it. Prices are reasonable and the shares are more than enough. We had leftovers.

We absolutely adore this Chinese restaurant! The egg rolls are made from scratch and cooked to perfection. The lunch portions are generous, leaving you with enough to take home. It’s also great that two people can enjoy a meal and spend less than $15 for lunch.

This is a charming little Chinese restaurant. I really appreciate the decor in the dining area, particularly the lighting, which contributes to a wonderfully relaxing ambiance. I ordered General Tso's chicken, egg drop soup, and fried dumplings to take away. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable. The egg rolls had a delightful crunch on the outside, which we really enjoyed, paired with an apricot sauce. I ordered the Hawaiian Chicken, while my husband had the pork and chicken chow mein. Everything was delicious and served family-style.

The egg rolls were delightfully crispy on the outside, which we loved, and they were served with a delicious apricot sauce. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant! Their egg rolls are among the best I've ever tasted—perfectly crispy on the outside and far more flavorful than many others. The honey chicken is delicious, with each piece made from whole chicken meat that is both baked and fried to perfection. In contrast, other places often serve breaded chicken with questionable meat parts. We’ve ordered from here multiple times and have never been disappointed. View menu

This is definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant! The egg rolls are some of the best I've ever had—perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with more flavor than many others. The honey chicken is nicely breaded and fried, with each piece made from whole chicken meat. Unlike other places that serve mostly breading with questionable chicken parts inside, this place delivers quality. We've ordered from here several times, and we've never had a bad experience.

First time visit. Two family members got sick after eating the sweet and sour chicken. Food is very bland. Rice is undercook with parts being hard. The food tastes old that was reheated from another day. The kitchen should be inspected for cleanliness, dates, temp of food, etc. The beef and mixed vegetables only contained beef, broccoli, carrots and baby corn. We through the uneaten portions of 4 meals away including 2 untouched egg drop soup and egg rolls. I wished we read the other reviews.

"We ate here during the Paseo Arts Festival. We initially tried to make a reservation using Open Table, but someone from the restaurant called me a few days later to inform me that Picasso Cafe was not taking reservations during the Arts Festival. We arrived at 12:15 pm and put in our names. Our party was called just before 1:00 pm. Fortunately, we had the Arts Festival to keep us busy while we waited. I ordered the chicken and avocado sandwich. It sounded good in the menu description -- seared chicken breast, avocado slices, swiss cheese, bacon, and bourbon honey mustard. However, I ordered it without the cheese because I have been to too many places where they do not know how to melt cheese on grilled sandwiches and I don't want to be a picky customer on my second visit to a restaurant. Anyway, it was difficult to hold the sandwich together. I ended up taking the avocado slices off of it so that there was enough friction for me to hold it together and eat it. The seared chicken breast was the best part, closely followed by complimentary lettuce and tomato (crisp and cold) and the honey mustard (good mix of sweet and tangy). I ordered the napa cabbage slaw for my side dish. It was served with a light dressing so that the cabbage stood out. This is not a slaw for people who prefer not to taste the cabbage. I would like to come back and try some more things. However, if I have the chicken sandwich again, I am going to leave out both the swiss cheese and the avocado. I would also like to see if they have a wheat bun because that would pair better with this mix of flavors and textures."
