"Came here to eat because the rainy weather made us seek out food, we were super hungry. We heard good things from friends so we decided to try it out. We walked in and saw the wait staff talking with each other, even after they noticed us. It took them a good minute before they asked how many and where to seat us. We and other people were seated next to a giant leak in the dining area, a bucket on a chair that was overflowing to the point of spilling on the floor. *Waitress didn't take our order until 15 minutes later after being seated, and didn't even write anything down with our order which was strange. *Ordered appz first then meals *Waited for 35 minutes for even a refill which never happened *When our food arrived only half out appz showed up, our pizza didn't show up as well, understandable it might take more time because people said it was house made. *When our pizza showed up it wasn't the thick crust we ordered but a blackened burned thin crust. (We were too hungry to complain at that point) *We had to ask our waitress where our other app was and she said she'd get it right away but it came out about 10 minutes later after we finished our meals which felt like they never put it in to begin with. *We waited about another 10 minutes to get our bills, and waited another 5 minutes for them to grab our bills for payment. I don't understand because of total, our area there had three tables, and the waitresses were more attentive to them. *We watched the waitress take our bills, immediately head to another table and while talking to them, swung the bills underneath her arm and watched our own cards fall out, she was going to leave them and the card on the floor but the customers at the table told her to pick them up. We didn't want to be there anymore the moment we got the bills to sign we left. Clumsy and negligent staff, with serviceable food."

"Now, I went to the restaurant with two of my coworkers and decided to try the three meat platter to sample a variety of dishes. I had the pulled ribs, pork, and brisket, which came with cornbread and two sides: coleslaw and mac and cheese. First and foremost, the service was excellent. The portion sizes were enormous; there was no way I could finish it all. The food was also outstanding—well-cooked, with great smoky flavors, and a nice selection of BBQ sauces to choose from. All of this was only $16, which could easily feed two people. Additionally, Karl came out to chat with us and offered us a small sample of something else he was preparing, which was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!"

"Don 't drive by this place because it looks 'rustic ' On the outside. Once you walk through the doors the establishment is amazing. The bartender was extremelyfriendly and helpful, huge mushroom Swiss burgers that were to die for. Fries were perfectly done. We will be back. "We went on May 10th an hr before closing, it was Awful. The ceaser salad was the worst I've ever seen with visibility dead old leafy greens, and my sandwich, I had to go back and get the 3 ingredients they didn't bother to put on, the other sandwich well let's just say I ate mine, but everything else was thrown away, as when I went to get my forgotten ingredients, they made it clear they were closed. And so I just decided not to eat there again. I've had good food here before, but won't be wasting my money at JimBob's again.."
