"Edit: I feel I have to edit my review. The food has gone way downhill. I don't know if it's under new management or what but it's nothing like it use to be. We ordered pizza a few weeks ago and it's the first time we didn't like it. Tasted nothing like it had for years. But we just chalked it up to it being a one time bad experience. Today we ordered the shrimp scampi. It was terrible. The shrimp were mush like they were old or had been sitting in water. I've never in my life had a shrimp like this. The only part I could eat from the platter was the noodles and salad. Their pastas use to be amazing. Not sure what's going on but we'll probably never order again. Just not worth the waste of money. Best pizza around. I eat here at least once a week it's so good."

Arguably best pizza in and around Baltimore. Incredible crust. Reminds me of pizza in Brooklyn.

Best Pizza in Baltimore. Being from New Jersey it is difficult finding quality pizza in Baltimore and this pizza can go toe to toe with any Pizza in New Jersey. View menu

Cheese steak not bad. Chicken cheese steak not good at all. Big chunks of chicken and gristles. They should go to chicken Philly meat. This is my second time eating here. I’m going to keep going thru the menu there are a few other things I want to try.

Family owned and relaxed. As a former Philadelphia girl, the cheese steak is fantastic and it is the great rolls used. The pizza is insanely delicious. We drive from Towson, where there many pizza shops. Nothing compares!!!! I forgot their meatball hoagie. Delicioso!

I got a meatlovers Pizza. On the menu inside the place it said $18.99 but after i had ordered and paid my receipt said $23.99. They said the in store menu pricing was out of date. Had i known it was $5 more, as nice as it was i would not have bought it. They would not honor the price in their in store menu. View menu

Not gonna lie, i was pretty skeptical on what this pizza would actually taste like. it's been recommended dozens of times but I've been hesitant. the bulk of the pizza I've had in Baltimore area has been disappointing. Not here though. this is about as close to Nj/Ny I've had. not a single complaint. tasty sauce, good cheese ratio and that crust

The few times I ordered pizza from this place were disappointing. Very dry, burnt, thin crust with almost no cheese and the extra toppings are crazy expensive. I also had to order a gluten free pizza once for an allergic person and it was the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen! Won’t make this mistake again. The competition place across the street is way better!

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
