"I came to restaurant and ordered a hamburger steak meal to go. I ask for Xtra tater tots since I didn't want the side salad which normally comes with meal. Once I got home and opened Togo box I had hamburger steak and a total of 15 tater tots, which remember I ordered two order's of total in place of the side salad. So since they don't know how to fix the food order correctly I will not return for the sorry service. Oh yea, most likely the reason my order was not correct was because the entire time I was waiting for my food the COOK was on his phone showing the waitress a video and laughing instead on doing his job which was to fix my food order correctly not being on his PHONE! Very doubtful I will return to FRESH BURGER anytime soon. Also I could not let management know about the food order, because they have only voice service with the main concern being that you order online and not how they are doing with restaurant service!"

Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed with a friendly smile. The food was not only delicious but also served promptly. For those with mobility challenges, the restaurant offers a sloped sidewalk for easy wheelchair access.

The food is delicious, but there are no combo options available. You have to pay separately for each item—fries, drinks, and burgers. We ordered two meals with drinks, and the total came to $35 for two hamburgers and fries. It would be great if they offered a combo option!

I don't have anything positive to say about this restaurant. It's pricey, the burger is just mediocre, and the portions are quite small. Given that it's a Southern restaurant, I was disappointed to find they serve instant sweet tea. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 1 each.

Wow, this is the best burger I've had in Chattanooga since I moved here in 2022! I visited during lunchtime, and the service was excellent. I practically devoured my burger, and the fried potato chips were crispy and crunchy—not greasy at all. I'm sharing pictures of our meals. My friend had the patty melt and couldn't stop raving about it either!

My wife and I went to Fresh Burger for dinner the other night. We both had the Cheese-Burger with their french fries which we really enjoy. The cheese-burger was great along with their big fries. Prior to us ordering dinner, I asked the waitress if they could grill a Hot Dog and add it to the burger, unfortunately she said no as it was not on the menu. To the owner, I would like to request you add a Burger to the menu that includes a grilled hot dog cut in half and then each half is split down the middle looking like four-fingers, hence calling it the Four-Finger Burger . I 'm sure it will be hit with many customers bringing them back as the menu should change time to time. Please try making...
