"This is what a small business should aspire to be. The bread baking here is simply PERFECTION, and there’s an array of incredible treats available, including giant freshly baked cookies, scones, and sourdough cheddar rolls. Everything is HAND MADE from scratch, and I can’t emphasize enough how amazing this bakery is. The customer service is fantastic as well. I look forward to the weekend all week long so I can indulge in their freshly baked goodies. The owners are some of the kindest people you’ll meet, and they are extremely dedicated to maintaining high quality. In all my ten years of visiting, I’ve never encountered poorly made bread or baked goods. I absolutely love this place! It’s truly a gem in Highland Park, and we are so fortunate to have it. We’ve tried the honey wheat, honey white, challah, Italian, sourdough, and other varieties – everything is great. The display case is filled with handmade sweet treats that are hard to resist. I adore Breadsmith and am grateful that they are part of my daily routine for good eating."

"Love this restaurant and hadn't eaten upstairs in a few decades. Had a terrific meal up there as well. Great servers Rick and Pat. Attentive without being too present. Delicious veal, salmon, and Bronzino dishes. Shrimp scampi not quite as good, but might have just been an off night for it. Always a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you, Del Rio!!"

"Had lunch at Bluegrass. There was a very homey vibe even though decorated for Mardi Gras and offering a Mardi Gras menu. What ever else you order try the corn pudding. It's delicious. The service was great and we finished with the bread pudding and the banana's foster. Both were excellent. Great place for lunch with a menu offering excellent choices."

"This place is delicious! The enchiladas verdes were amazing- very flavorful. The white fish tacos were also fabulous- the fish was grilled and cooked perfectly. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Please don't miss this restaurant- you will not be disappointed."

"My girlfriend had the salmon with mushrooms and ended up with food poisoning. Pretty disappointing for a restaurant of this quality. The salad was pretty good though. Response to owner: My girlfriend and I had the exact same breakfast and lunch from the same container. The only thing we ate differently that day was the salmon at greenwood. Before trying to accuse me of making false accusations I would maybe start checking to make sure no one else gets food poising in the coming days from the same dish."
