I?ve been twice now, and I just love this place. The portion of the fries and nachos are large enough for two to share (at least, two). I?m from California and the Chicano fries with carne asada reminds me of home. Definitely recommend thisplace. *Update: finally remembered to take a photo before we started eating.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my experience today was disappointing. I ordered the Chicano fries and decided to add a side of rice on top. Unfortunately, I found a hair mixed in with the fries, which was quite off-putting. I believe the staff should be required to wear hair nets or at least hats to prevent this from happening. It was our first time visiting this restaurant after noticing it for a while, and we’re so glad we finally decided to check it out! I ordered the carne asada, carnitas, and barbacoa tacos, while my son had the carnitas nachos. My husband went for fully loaded tacos, but I kept mine simple. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place!

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER IF YOU ORDERED ONLINE BEFORE LEAVING. I WAS LEFT VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I GOT HOME TO EAT. I am a frequent customer of this location and I have never had a problem with my food until today. The baja shrimp tacos I had ordered had nothing but shrimp and tortillas. It was such a waste of money and I hope they can do better in the future.

Food was above average, I have had a better asada burrito from chile pepper grill... but overall 4 out of 5. Service was great, cashier was polite and took our order easily. Food was brought out to us in a timely manner. The issue I had with this place wasthe atmosphere, it seemed like the a/c wasn't working properly or the place was not ventilated well, it felt stuffy and humidinside. Our initial experience at this restaurant was fantastic. However, the second time around, it was just mediocre. By the third visit, things took a turn for the worse. We received a cup that was supposed to have beans, but it was nothing but bean water—literally! The Pollo Frezko bowl was missing half of its ingredients; it was essentially just a bowl of rice with a tiny bit of chicken. We even had to chop up vegetables at home to make it somewhat edible. The queso was served in a smaller container than before, and it was only half-full. It was so thick that we couldn't dip into it, and it was hard, forcing us to thin it out with milk. As for the churro cheesecake, it was both hard and stale....

I?m so sad to be writing this review because I loved this place. Today I ordered Frezkos from Uber Eats because I am working today. I bit into my quesadilla and there was a long black hair cooked into my food! I?m trying not to puke just thinking about it because it was obviously in my mouth. That is absolutely disgusting and should not happen. The reason I am writing this review is because there is another review saying the same thing so obviously they are not taking proper steps to make sure this doesn?t happen. It ruined my appetite and I can?t leave to go get new food. Sadly I don?t think I?ll be able to eat here anymore. Now I have to hope Uber will refund me for this food because it is... View menu
