"I'm new to the area and decided to try Big Boy on North Fairfield. Tartar sauce on a hamburger????? Incredible! I almost didn't order a Big Boy, but my wonderful waitress, Nicole, promised that if I didn't like it, she would let me swap it out. Since I'd never had one before, I felt I had to give it a shot. I'm really glad I did. I'll definitely be returning soon. The staff was fantastic—everyone was so friendly. Great job, Big Boy! I'll see you again soon!"

The food is good, the service is good. To be fair, I was bribed to give 5 stars for a free drink. However, this is really a good place to stop and eat. Fast service and hot food.

Stopped in on 4/16/22 at 5:30pm in the drive thru. Marissa took our large order and she just has the best customer service I’ve seen since the pandemic started. She was an absolute joy to talk to as well. The manager had great energy as well. Good customer service and positive attitudes are so hard to find these days and she most definitely solidified a permanent customer at this location. View menu
