"It’s not the original but if you are in Industry City, it’s a decent alternative. They have specials posted on the bar in the center, as soon as you walk in. Check those because it won’t be listed on the menu and the server might not mention it. Full bar with plenty to choose from. It was a couple of bucks cheaper to get my top shelf custom cocktail versus ordering from the signatures on the menu. The short rib tacos are not missing any meat for $20 and you get 3. Each one is like a quarter pound in weight, no lie! Hearty! The Connecticut lobster roll was $30, buttery and the lobster meat was too chewy for me. Maybe the next one will be better. At least one TV is in the spot to view sports on at the bar. Most of the seating is bar type seating. If you want a table, you have to sit in the lobby/common area of the building outside of the restaurant. Cool hang out just avoid sitting in front of the kitchen window at the bar. The smoke will burn your eyes."

I went bar and brewery hopping in Industry City and stopped by the Frying Pan for some delicious short rib tacos. They were excellent.

A cool spot in Industry City. We sat outside in the courtyard and enjoyed a great lunch and cocktails. I will definitely return when I revisit this area.

I had the lobster rolls and they are very over priced they are the most expensive and worst (small and very greasy) I’ve had other than that the place seemed to have a good vibe. View menu

Food was okay. We had a salmon burger, tater tots and fish tacos. The salmon burger could have had more flavor. We also had a cider (don't recall the name... something with East in its name) and margarita. Both were good. The host was friendly and engaging.

This restaurant offers a wide range of food and drinks that will please anyone's hunger and thirst. The staff is friendly and helpful. I tried the Pulled Pork Sandwich, which was huge and cooked to perfection. It was moist and tender. I would give this restaurant 5 stars. Definitely worth a visit, you'll want to come back for more.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
