"I also tried a strawberry milkshake, but it didn’t taste like strawberry at all; it was more like water with some strawberry chunks, though it did have the texture of a shake. This was my first time at this restaurant, and it will also be my last. I think I’ll stick to Red Robin or making burgers at home. On a positive note, the cleanliness of the place definitely deserves recognition. The toppings were kept in a sanitized area, and based solely on cleanliness, I would give them a 10/10. However, considering the food, I would rate it a 4/10."

Delicious and fresh food. The service was also very friendly thanks to our clerk, Helen.

I just left this restaurant and my husband and I were really excited to enjoy some good burgers. We haven't had Fuddruckers in quite a while and were looking forward to it.

I highly recommend trying the Beyond Burger! As someone who is new to vegan eating, I was pleasantly surprised by how incredible it was. It tastes just like a traditional burger...

I had the turkey burger and it was tasty, but my favorites remain the Bourbon or Swiss cheese options. This location is fantastic; my only complaint is that they didn’t have fudprinter sauce or BBQ sauce available. The service was excellent, and the restrooms were clean.

Love the food always have. We got there close to closing time and a couple of other families came in after us. Everyone was nice, the food was good. The only issue was that the dining room was messy. There were only a few tables without trash on them and they weren't wiped clean either

Always my go-to for burgers because it tastes so damn good, but it is a little sketched in terms of cleanliness everything is sticky and the toilets are somehow rough. There was this one time that they were wrong with my order of Tex Mex Burger and just gave me a simple cheeseburger but it was anyway good (btw Tex Mex Burger sweet potatoes are my favorites on the menu; very good) View menu

Not as good as it used to be. They need to work on the cleanliness. Employee that was cleaning the table looked annoyed that we asked to have it wiped down. Every table was dirty. Condiment/ vegetable bar was very sloppy. Used to be one of my favorite burger places. They could be number one just by changing a few things. It's definitely a better value and taste than any other fast food burger place for about the same price.

July 2022, my first time here after the pandemic. I was pleased to see that the self-service stops are still available. The self also serves cheese, spices and drinks. Sunday afternoon was not busy at all, 5 of 35 tables were sitting. The air conditioning didn't work, so it was moist inside. The staff was average, not rude only indifferent. The food was delicious and it didn't take long to be made. The remaining room was in bad shape and needed attention. Total good food experience for a fat guy like me

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
