"I called in a carry out order. Drove out there to pick it up. This is the second time this has happened first time it was just a small order so I didn't mind. This time though it was a main course entree. When I called them to request for them to put the $13.00 back on my card they refused and offered that I drive back out to them. I know I should have checked (my own fault). I'll never go back to them because of it. It would have been cool if they would of just ran.my card and subtracted the $13.00 and tax and put it back on my card. To bad, my business will never come your way again."

we prefer to go for lunchtime specialties, but we never had bad service! we get the garnelen Tempoura rollers and hibachi. to go we usually order the bark roasted rice (it is so good and even better heated the next day.)

Very tasty experience. Their gyoza is top notch, and I really enjoyed their ponzo sauce that comes with it.The eel sauce on the shrimp tempura is great, and I enjoy the crunch that is prevalent in the tempura roll. Great place to eat

This is now our favorite restaurant in town! All their food are so full of flavor its amazing. We haven't had one thing we didn't like. My favorite is the chicken Hitachi! Their yum sauce for it is perfect along with their egg drop soup which is to die for. My husband got the bento box and it was his favorite thing ever! Tons of options in the bento boxes!

The Asian lady on the phone was rude for no reason. Rushing me and I couldn’t even understand her because she was speaking too fast and was yelling. Got to the window and she was rude and shut the window in the face the minute she gave me my card back. My husband and I usually eat here all the time but I never wanna go back after this experience.
