I really love Hibachi so imagine how pleased I was to see this place so close to my house and let me just say I was not disappointed the food was delicious and it was cooked to order and the customer service was great as well!

I ordered the shrimp hibachi and the upscale salmon sushi. The sushi was fantastic and reasonably priced. The rice was delicious, and the shrimp was perfectly seasoned. The pick-up station has excellent COVID-19 safety measures in place. I will definitely be back!

I had my first experience at Fuji Express, and I can’t wait to return! I ordered the hibachi plate with steak, chicken, and shrimp, along with crab rangoons. Fuji Express is my place for Japanese food in the area. You get a lot of food for the price and the sushi options are excellent (deep fried, raw and vegetarian). The service is also quite good, and I never wait too long for my order. I have never inaugurated so I can't speak for this experience, but my orders are always correct and neatly packed with everything you need. I always get the beef bowl and, if I feel that way, I also get the Fuji Roll. Always delicious, never disappointed.

I decided to try this place out based on the reviews. It definitely didn’t live up to those reviews. I had several sushi rolls as well as hibachi. Everything was just ok. Not bad but not good. The hibachi was not very flavorful. It almost tasted like they put store bought mushroom gravy on it. The broccoli was freshish everything else was definitely premade. The sushi was just ok and because they put it all in the same bag it was warm. Warm raw fish probably not a good idea. We will not be back.

I ordered the steak and shrimp with rice and vegetables, while my girlfriend opted for the chicken and shrimp with double rice. We both felt that the portion sizes were generous. Drinks and condiments are self-serve, with options including soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and Yum Yum sauce. After our meal, we simply took our plates to the trash and cleared our table ourselves. Overall, we were thrilled to discover a place that serves hibachi at such reasonable prices, with flavorful food and satisfying portions. We will certainly return whenever we have a craving for hibachi again! View menu
