"For more than six years, Fuji has been offering truly authentic sushi! It's not the Americanized version you might expect. Can you believe the large, fresh pieces of fish served over perfectly formed small rice balls are exactly what I used to enjoy at my neighborhood sushi spot in Tokyo or have delivered to my home by motorcycle couriers? I gave this restaurant 5 stars just for serving mackerel! The sushi bar had a limited selection and I wasn't expecting to find mackerel, but they had it.

This is my favorite sushi spot in the area. The sushi is always incredible. I especially enjoy the vegetable tempura and edamame. Vivian is an outstanding server too!

I absolutely adore this restaurant, the volcano sushi is amazing!!! The staff provides excellent service and the atmosphere is pleasant. While it may be a bit expensive, it is definitely worth it.

Great Food, Great Price, Great Service! Our waitress was amazing...Sorry I don't remember her name but she was Brazilian. The restaurant does not look like much on the outside...in fact my daughter and I debated even going in but we are SO GLAD we did! Our waitress gave us a great recommendation on what to order. Amazing place.
