"This has been our family's go-to restaurant for years. We usually get food from them at least once or twice a month and celebrate my mom's and grandma's birthday here. Not the best but I always thought this place was a solid 3.5 star Chinese restaurant. Tonight my family ordered two jjajangmyun (black bean paste noodle) and tangsuyuk (sweet sour pork) for to-go and we were so disappointed. The sauce for noodle was cold (not even warm) we had to heat it up in a microwave. I know my dad waited to get his food there so it wasn't that the food was prepared a while before he got there. Also tangsuyuk barely had meat in it. As you can see from the photos, they were heavily breaded with a very thinly sliced meat. I don't know if the owner changed, struggle with the rising food cost, or just gave up, but this was not acceptable. We will not be getting our food from here again. Just go to House of Joy on Beach."

Their service could use significant improvement, and the food was quite disappointing.

Price is high taste okay but today there was no squid on my jjampong. Over priced for just lots of onion jjampong.

This is a wonderful new Korean-Chinese restaurant. It's even better than many places in LA and Garden Grove. I highly recommend it! Food: 5/5 View menu

Terrible place!!!! Waited over 30 mins for the food and their excuse was they ran out of soup and they were making it again. Never coming back to this place.

The shrimp dish costs $29.98 plus tax and tip. It was tasty, but there were very few shrimp on the plate (see attached photo). The restaurant needs more staff. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.

This restaurant offers excellent Korean Chinese cuisine. I tried the shrimp chow mein and sweet and sour chicken, and both dishes were expertly prepared and fresh. I will certainly return here. Rating: 5/5. View menu

I made a reservation for 10 people at 5 PM yesterday. They had a room ready for us, and we ordered the course menu B. The first three dishes arrived quickly, but we had to wait an hour for the next three, and then another 40 minutes for the final dishes. We ended up spending nearly three hours there for dinner! They charged us a 20% service fee, but the staff never checked on us at all. My family comes here almost every other week, and this was our worst experience ever.

one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. My husband and I stopped by for a quick lunch when we were in Orange County on business. and did not regret that they went there. the owner and staff were very welcoming and kind to us. they explained some of the items on the menu very well. we were pleasantly surprised by the prices and large portions. the taste of the food was ok. maybe something was a little under-salted, but you can ask for the sauce and bring the dish to taste the way you need it. Mongolian beef and fried chicken were great for our taste! Big portions, we take some to go, lol! Thanks!

"I have eaten here many times over the years. It has always been decent good quality food. Not any more. This last time will absolutely be our last. The spicy tuna in my handroll and 2 of the sushi rolls we ordered was so extremely salty that it made itentirely inedible. I had used the soy packets they included and first thought those were the culprit so I threw that sauce outand used a low sodium one we have in the fridge. Same problem. Just taking a bite of the spicy tuna alone was proof that it wasthe culprit. It was not the spice that was the issue, the tuna was not really very spicy. It was just plain extreme saltinessthat made your entire mouth salty for an hour afterwards. It's like it was caustic. It was completely inedible. The sashimi andthe other roll which did not contain the spicy tuna were fine. I have eaten california rolls from 7 11 before. I have hadeverything from grocery store sushi to fancy restaurants costing hundreds of dollars. I have never before had any sushi thattasted so bad I refused to eat it. This was hands down the worst sushi I have ever tasted. We ordered through DoorDash, but Icalled them up to see if they wanted to make it right before just getting a refund of the order through DoorDash. Nope. They didnot care one bit. They even hung up on me. If that's how they treat you after having the nerve to try and serve food like this, they will never get another dime from me."
